| As a necessary part of social production and life, hospital is playing an increasingly important role in daily functioning of the entire society currently. In the hospital’s health care system, there are six health sectors roughly: out-patient department, in-patient department, emergency, operating room, therapeutic room and depository.When patients are transported between six departments of the system, the most frequently used tool is the translational medical carts, also called medical stretcher or medical transfer carts. Therefore, it can be said, in every part of the daily work in the entire hospital, translational medical carts are used frequently.As a result.the design of translational medical carts largely determines the level of efficiency of the hospital.This paper summarizes the results of the previous stage of the project, starting with patents, from the user crowd categories, market research, analysis on user behavior, product usage scenarios subdivision, start from human-machine interaction technology from multiple perspectives, through the comparative analysis to similar products, the split design of various mechanical structures and finally design Z-translational medical carts which patient from medical translation carts lay plate to the bed automatically,in order to solve the problem of unnecessary secondary trauma caused by the way to transport the patient completely rely on human.This study aims to find the real needs of users for translational medical carts, and through the relevant theoretical knowledge ergonomics, find new translation carts most precise mechanical design features and design tasks, and priorities in accordance with the design to industrial design application and research. Design is not to design but design, the ultimate goal for design is provide a better services for users, only to find out the true aspirations of most users find the user is most lacking features, and as a starting point for the design, so that make the most satisfied design for users. In this paper, Z-translational medical carts as the main object of study designed to identify the real needs of users as the main objective, in-depth research for non-professional users patients and health care professionals into two categories, combined with the ergonomic aspects "PACT "the analysis mode, from interactive technology to explore various aspects of in-depth research to identify the design priorities, thus design a safe, stable and efficient, while the overall modern style matches and medical the new translational medical carts, the main research contents are as follows:1Through market research and online research, translational medical situation carts used on the current domestic market analysis, come up with a necessary requirement for medical translation carts improved design, as well as the purpose and significance of Z-translational medical carts;2Respectively, from the two major types of translational medical carts users-Non-professional patients and medical professionals to start, each user needs to explore research and design, through the use of analysis and sentiment analysis, combining ergonomics theory, derived medical pan design features the cart;3Aiming at specific analysis on translational medical carts and user behavior, combined with the related products "bed", analyze user behavior of a series of influence on the product, to arrive at the design point;4Aiming at specific analysis of medical translation cart and all its usage scenarios, combined with related products "four-wheel medical wheelchair", analyze the impact of changes in usage scenarios will bring a variety of product use, to arrive at the design point;5Aiming at specific analysis of translational medical carts and interactive techniques, combining with ergonomics in machine interaction techniques and theoretical study of the interaction interface, analysis the interaction techniques’ demand for product function and structure, consequently arrive at the design elements;6According to each design points elicited from theoretical analysis, summarize the necessary design elements, combined with features of Z-translational medical carts’ patent, specifically design for the project, so that stress the inherent characteristics of the patent, and meet the diverse needs of each aspects as well;7Combined the analysis of mechanical design principle, industrial design the ory and ergonomics, draw engineering draft of the Z-translational medical carts, especially the mechanical structure analysis of the tilt mechanism;8Summarizes the results of all studies, to provide a basis for the design and manufacture of Z-translational medical carts’ final prototype. This easy is aiming at theoretical analysis and systematical research on translational medical carts, in order to identify its most fundamental design elements, and via the mechanical structure analysis on the patent of Z-translational medical carts, ultimately design the specific program of the model.
