Aiming at current paucity of research on automobile driving simulator for training,with the entry point of solving design problems,combine TRIZ theory and related industrial design theories,study on internal design and style design of automobile driving simulator was carried out.TRIZ Ideal design theory was used to provide guidance for design arrangement.component optimization design problems was solved via TRIZ conflict resolving theories,and internal design was accomplished by using ergonomics.Based on the study of TRIZ technical evolution theory,style evolution patterns and evolution routines this paper raised,those theories this paper also used in the follow-up practice of style conceptual design.Beside that,AHP was used to make the choice of available design solutions,FCE was applied to evaluate final design solution comprehensively.The research is focus on following several aspects.Firstly,under the guidance of TRIZ Ideal design theory,this paper collected related design information via user interviews and site inspection,design preparation works,like seeking design requirement,figuring out design issues,defining design direction,was accomplished.Secondly,internal component optimization design problems was settled by using tools provided by TRIZ conflict resolving theories.On account of features of internal layout design,this paper applied Ergonomics to achieved internal layout solution.Design assessment of internal layout design solution was taken through man-machine analysis software.Internal design was optimized according to evaluation results,and put into Prototype manufacturing.Thirdly,according to the features of style design and rules of visual perception,this paper proposed product style evolution patterns and evolution routines which are suitable for the industrial design field by grasping the growing trend of automobile style.Those theories this paperre also used into the following style design of automobile driving simulator.Finally,based on collected evaluation data from ordinary user and professional staff,this paper applied AHP and FCE into evaluating design solutions.After establishing stratified model,judging matrix,calculating weights and membership of each factors,comprehensive assessment of final design solution was completed.
