Industrial design is one behavioral activity in order to create the ultimate goal to produce social value for the target.Theory involved in industrial design from the history of industrial design and industrial design development process can be seen in many, Industrial design product design goals require changing, from the initial mechanized production, mass production is gradually transformed into today’s emotional design, Products has also been given the emotional significance and meaning. How to use more innovative design approach to product innovation design, innovation principle is to find the right key. Although the Russian TRIZ innovation principles in the1940s has been proposed, In just a few years due to the boom in global research, But our country in terms of research TRIZ slow development due to various reasons, And TRIZ theory in China is usually used in the engineering inventions. How to use TRIZ innovation principles to industrial design industry is an important direction of research.Under the situation of industrial globalization, industrial design has become one of the major concepts in global industrial economy. Therefore, the competition of the product output and their value become more intensified. In order to enhance the market competitiveness of the products in industrial design field, the efforts are constantly needed on innovative design method, new design theory, as well as changing competition focus from price to cultural connotation. Moreover, the key to the promotion of products cultural connotation is researching the development of Chinese local culture and its symbiosis. Therefore, the new products can be embedded with local cultural connotation so that their culture value and added value can be enhanced, which would then promote industrial design development. As a result, the outputs and sales of cultural productions would be facilitated, and the local culture would be spread widely.In this paper, innovative target is the symbiosis development of Industrial design industry and regional cultural, by analyzing the current situation and challenges of industrial design industry in China and abroad, to choose the four principles of design methods can be suitable used in industrial design from the40inventive principles of TRIZ innovative design, research on how industrial design and the regional cultural can symbiosis and development.
