Research On The Application Of Improved TRIZ Theory In Product Process Design

If an enterprise wants to gain an advantage in the fierce market competition,it must improve its own innovation ability,take the road of technological innovation,and focus on the research and development of new products.However,the efficiency is low when carrying out product innovation.After new products are put into the market,the application effect is poor,which prolongs the innovation cycle of products and hinders the innovation pace of enterprises.In view of the above-mentioned current situation,this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the comprehensive application of TRIZ theory and industrial engineering theory,and puts forward that they should be comprehensively applied to solve the technical problems in the optimization of production process of innovative products.At the same time,it analyzes and studies the lack of quantitative analysis of TRIZ theory and complex problem-solving tools,establishes an improved causal chain model,and proposes a physical conflict improvement theory,and builds an improved TRIZ theoretical problem-solving model.When solving the problems in the actual production process,the analysis stage first uses industrial engineering theory tools to analyze the technical problems in the production process,and then uses functional analysis and improved causal chain models to determine the key causes of the problems.In the problem-solving stage,the key reasons are directly or indirectly transformed into physical conflicts by using physical conflict improvement theory and technical conflict theory,and then the separation principle is used to separate and solve the problem,and the scheme is obtained.In the verification stage,the effect of the scheme is evaluated,and the industrial engineering theory is used to verify whether it simplifies the production process,reduces the processing difficulty and shortens the processing time.Finally,the prospects for the development of TRIZ theory in the future have played a positive role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial manufacturing industry,improving innovation capabilities,and shortening product innovation cycles.
