The carving art of Liu’s residence in Jincheng is exquisite,which contains unique aesthetic value,social value and cultural value.However,with the rapid development of urbanization,the village also has problems with traditional culture,and a large number of architectural remains have been destroyed.The urgent task is to protect and inherit it.Therefore,a large number of experts and scholars have studied the history,culture and architecture of Liu’s residence,but the research on carving art and cultural implication is not deep enough.Therefore,through the research of this paper,an exploratory demonstration is made on the carving art and cultural implication of Liu’s residence in Jincheng,which lays a foundation for the inheritance of carving art and cultural implication of Liu’s residence in Jincheng.This paper takes the architectural art of Liu’s residence in Jincheng as the starting point and takes the inheritance and protection as the goal.First of all,through historical literature review,field research and other methods,this paper summarizes the natural ecology,economic conditions,social concepts and ideology of Liu’s residence in Jincheng,and finds out that the causes and changes of Liu’s residence are influenced by traditional culture,ethics,religion,customs and blood relationship.Secondly,from the artistic point of view and aesthetic concept,the carving art types of Liu’s dwellings are divided into two aspects: material and structure,and further integrated analysis shows that the material is divided into wood carving,stone carving and brick carving,and the structure is divided into structural decoration and non-structural decoration...
