| Housing stock background,our country was built in the 80 s-90-s both residential quantity bedding face is wide,the main structure preserved well and the geographical condition is superior,but this kind of residential building s early maturity,technical conditions,and gradually cannot satisfy the living needs of the people,how to fully explore both the value of homes is the urban development is facing enormous challenges.In addition,the current government vigorously promotes the transformation strategy of diversification and multi-participation,and encourages residents to participate in the design.However,the two-dimensional drawings cannot well integrate the opinions of residents into the design,and the deviation of understanding often leads to the decrease of the satisfaction of the transformation.Taking this as the starting point,this paper excavates the key issues such as the status quo and reconstruction demand of the housing in the 1980 s and 1990 s through diversified research methods,and summarizes the typical families and housing types for classified research.In addition,VR technology was used to set interaction points in the VR indoor model according to the interactive behaviors of residents.Through the selection of interaction points and feedback information of participants in VR experiment,the indoor quality improvement method was optimized,and the feasibility and advantages of VR intervention were explored.Firstly,based on the development and research status of residential interior renovation and VR technology at home and abroad,the evolution of residential layout and living mode and the feasibility,potential and applicability of VR technology are analyzed.At the same time,using the means of drawing survey,real state survey and questionnaire survey of typical residential areas in Dalian,this paper makes quantitative statistics on the information of indoor use status,renovation demand and renovation cost in the 1980 s and 1990 s,and summarizes the typical families and house types for classified research.Based on the investigation and statistics,the paper summarizes the living conditions and common problems of the residents,and summarizes three key points of structure,equipment pipeline and furniture parts according to the hierarchical idea.Due to the difference of indoor status quo,capital budget and renovation depth of residents,the phased quality improvement strategy is proposed.There is a corresponding relationship between the indoor elements of hierarchical thought and the interactive behavior.The interactive behavior is set as the interaction point,so that the residents in the later VR experiment can independently choose the transformation of the interaction point.Based on the above content construction VR model and the experimental process was based on the typical building of dalian as an example,set up three typical VR indoor model of family,invited three different family interaction point selection,the method to solve two problems,first is to complete the experience of public participation in the virtual interior space and transform interaction point selection,optimize the interior renovation design method,The second is to explore how residents can participate in the interior quality improvement design process with the intervention of VR.Finally,according to the selection results of interaction points in VR experiment,a "3×3matrix" diversified quality improvement mode was formed,and the design methods for quality improvement of typical house types and families were proposed.The design and construction,operation methods and implementation effects of different parts were analyzed successively.Finally,the feasibility and advantages of using VR technology for indoor quality improvement design method are confirmed,which provides theoretical basis and practical reference for future indoor quality improvement practice. |
