Research On Interior Quality Improvement Technology Of Existing Office Buildings In Huangshan City

With the continuous development of new industries and the continuous progress of science and technology and people's ideological level,the concepts of health,green,sustainable development and energy conservation have been constantly accepted by people,and green and energy-saving buildings have entered the stage of history.In China,a large number of existing buildings,especially existing office buildings,were built in the 1990 s.Energy conservation and environmental protection are not fully considered,and comfort and energy consumption have not met people's requirements for the quality of office environment,let alone the requirements of China's sustainable development strategy.China is attaching more and more importance to the research on the technology of improving the quality of existing buildings,and the national key research and development plan of the 13 th five-year plan is to include the improvement of indoor environmental quality of existing buildings into a separate project.In the 1990 s,most office buildings were built without any modern functions,and some equipment was far from what it is today.How to make the best use of these existing office buildings to meet users' requirements for indoor environment quality is an urgent problem.The research on the technology of improving the environmental quality of buildings in huangshan city can not only provide technical support for the reconstruction of existing buildings in China,but also solve the problem of large number of old existing buildings in huangshan city itself,and guide the renovation of existing indoor buildings.This paper is mainly aimed at existing office buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.Taking the construction building in huangshan city,anhui province as an example,this paper systematically studies the technical key points of improving the indoor environmental quality of existing office buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas,and theoretically puts forward specific renovation measures for improving the indoor environmental quality of buildings in huangshan city.First of all,this article tells the research background,introduced the domestic and foreign study of both the office building indoor quality improvement technology,analyses the domestic and foreign existing buildings core and available,combined with the actual situation of our country,have a choice to use and trade-offs,and huangshan city construction building as the research object,the system's explanation the existing office building in hot summer and cold winter area indoor quality promotion maintechnical points.Secondly,in view of the current situation of building construction in huangshan city,anhui province,the existing disadvantages and the areas needing improvement are obtained through the analysis of software simulation.Based on the actual investigation of huangshan city construction building and its civil construction situation,this paper theoretically gives the specific measures for the quality optimization of huangshan city construction building office,as well as the situations that should be paid attention to in practice.In the research of building construction in huangshan city,on the one hand,the author mainly from the material of the external protection structure,the setting of partition wall,the material of the office door of building construction,and analyzed their impact on the quality of the indoor environment of building construction in huangshan city.In the research,on the other hand,pay attention to the collection of huangshan city construction building some of the civil engineering drawings and indoor installation drawings,and technical discussion and huangshan city relevant personnel,we know that at the scene,huangshan city construction building because of its long time,some materials are not meet the requirements of the current building energy efficiency standards,these are all our focus should be considered in practice.Finally,this paper studies the indoor wind environment,light environment,and indoor thermal environment of the building,and reasonably transforms it according to the actual situation of the building in huangshan city,and theoretically improves the quality of the building in huangshan city,so as to make the project reach the standard of green building energy conservation and environmental protection.
