| At present,the airport construction demand in China is large and developing rapidly.Due to the geographical environment,there are a certain number of regional airports in mountainous areas under construction and proposed to be built.Regional airports in mountainous areas are of great significance to China’s economic development,national defense strategy,maintenance of border stability and earthquake relief.In the process of construction of regional airports in mountainous areas,the method of "cutting hills and filling ditches" is usually used to obtain the level of the site,and the impact roller is used to compact the fill efficiently.Because of the great significance of airport construction,the harsh construction environment and the complex construction methods,it is very important to control the compaction quality of filling soil.There are many shortcomings in traditional compaction quality monitoring methods,such as slow feedback of monitoring results and low reliability of monitoring results.In order to solve the above problems,the real-time monitoring platform for compaction of high embankment in airport engineering,which was developed by Professor Yao Yangping of BUAA,can realize automatic and accurate monitoring of compaction quality through Beidou positioning equipment,application of 4G network transmission technology,data cloud technology and so on.On this basis,the virtual reality module of compact quality monitoring system is developed by using virtual reality technology to provide users with more vivid monitoring experience.At the same time,the operability of the virtual reality module meets the monitoring needs of users more comprehensively.This paper uses Unity3 D as engine to develop virtual reality module,which mainly includes the following four parts:(1)Use 3dMax,WorldMachine and other external assistant software,according to the relevant dimensions of the actual construction environment and mapping data to complete the creation of virtual scenes.(2)Design algorithm and script to ensure that the virtual reality module can obtain relevant data from the cloud server database,and process the location coordinate data,realize the transformation between the geographic coordinate system and the three-dimensional space rectangular coordinate system in Unity3 D development engine,and ensure the corresponding relationship between the virtual scene and the actual construction site.(3)Design user operating interface and user operating response function in Unity3 D to provide users with operating space to meet the needs of personalized monitoring.(4)Edit scripts in Unity3 D and assign the corresponding models and objects in the scene to ensure that the virtual reality module can realize the monitoring function,and dynamically simulate the actual construction situation by refreshing the screen.This paper completes the development of virtual reality module through the above steps and embedded it into the main program of real-time monitoring platform for compaction of high embankment in airport engineering.The application practice proves that this module has brought significant improvement to the monitoring effect. |
