Analysis And Application On Program Management Of Automotive Product

Auto parts are the foundation of the development of the automobile industry.The strong auto parts industry is the premise of the healthy development of the auto industry.As the competition in the global auto manufacturing industry intensifies,automotive Original Equipment Manufactures(OEMs)arise higher requirements on aspect of quality and reliability of auto parts.In recent years,China's auto parts industry has also developed rapidly,but the current auto parts industry in China is still in the initial stage of development,and the gap with the global well-known auto parts suppliers is still large,especially in the development of new products.Due to the lack of relevant experience and ability,Chinese enterprises always have a long project cycle,unstable quality and high cost in the development of auto parts products,which severely limits the development of China's auto parts products.Therefore,auto parts products quality management of development projects has become an important factor limiting the development of China's auto parts industry.This thesis analyzes the status quo of domestic related research,expounds the theory and method of project quality management,introduces the industry standard-ISO/TS16949 of project management in the automotive industry.Taking CD auto parts company as an example,this thesis analyzes the problems happened in the new product development project.This thesis established a new product development project quality management system by using of quality management tools such as Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP)and Stage-Gate System,combined with the whole life cycle of new development of auto parts.This thesis optimized the CD company's project management organization structure,solves the quality control problem of new product development from project acquisition to mass production and launching to the market.It will improve the quality management status of CD company's auto parts development project to a certain extent.This thesis expects to be able to provide reference for research and practice for China's auto parts companies.
