Research On The Protection Of Traditional Settlement Landscape From The Perspective Of Local Knowledge ——Taking Chongzhou Jiezi Ancient Town As An Example

The traditional settlement is a bright pearl scattered on the vast land of China,a fossil land of traditional society,and a living carrier of historical culture.Traditional settlements have formed rich and unique traditional settlement landscapes in the course of historical development.However,with the continuous expansion of urbanization,the traditional settlement landscapes have been seriously damaged,landscape homogenization,and lack of cultural connotation are becoming increasingly prominent.Theories and methods to protect the traditional settlement landscape and characteristics,and promote cultural inheritance are urgent.The traditional settlement landscape contains rich local knowledge,which is the condensation of its landscape characteristics and culture.Therefore,this article discusses the traditional settlement landscape protection theory and method with local knowledge as the starting point.This article first analyzes and summarizes the relevant theoretical research and practice at home and abroad,analyzes the types and elements of traditional settlement landscapes,points out that traditional settlement landscapes are essentially a kind of cultural landscape,and divides traditional settlement landscapes into material cultural landscapes and non-complex landscapes.There are two types of material cultural landscape,and the elements contained in each type are analyzed,and abstraction is converted into concrete.Analyze and summarize the characteristics of local knowledge,generating factors,classification of local knowledge of traditional settlement landscapes and content carriers,and divide the local knowledge of traditional settlement landscapes into explicit local knowledge and hidden local knowledge.And intangible cultural landscape as a carrier.Secondly,it discusses the influence and role of local knowledge on traditional settlement landscape,and explores the coupling relationship between local knowledge and traditional settlement landscape protection.Thirdly,from the overall perspective and related examples,it summarizes the general problems and causes of the problems of traditional settlement landscape protection from the perspective of local knowledge.From time to time,the case study of Jiezi Ancient Town was carried out as a specific point,and the local knowledge and landscape characteristics of the traditional settlement landscape of Jiezi Ancient Town were sorted out and the local knowledge lineage of the traditional settlement landscape of Jiezi Ancient Town was constructed.Through field investigation and questionnaire survey the analysis of the method summarizes the current status,specific protection methods and measures,as well as the protection effectiveness and advantages of the traditional settlement landscape protection in the ancient town of Jiezi from the perspective of local knowledge,laying the foundation for the following research.Finally,based on the coupling relationship between local knowledge and traditional settlement landscape protection,based on the case study of the traditional settlement landscape protection and the case study of Jiezi Ancient Town,the types of local knowledge carriers and their inclusion in different traditional settlement landscapes are studied from the perspective of local knowledge The protection methods of various landscape elements in the study have proposed strategies for the protection of traditional settlement landscapes.I hope that this article will make some positive contributions to the protection of the traditional settlement landscape and the inheritance of culture.
