Institute Application Of Building Protection And Renewal In Bayu Ancient Town In Local Architecture

Under the background of opening the era of global tourism in China,there are many problems faced by identity crisis and heritage protection in the accelerated process of modernization and urbanization,and the strategy of Rural Revitalization was clearly put forward in the 19 th University;At the same time,under the background of accelerated urbanization,the survival and development of Bayu ancient town is facing many opportunities and risks.Material needs collide with heritage protection,and traditional ancient town buildings show a trend of dilapidation and abandonment,lack of functions and loss of characteristics.This phenomenon can be seen everywhere in ancient town buildings.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to protect and update the ancient town buildings to activate their rebirth.Due to the influence of the natural environment,Bayu ancient town has formed an ancient town in line with different regional characteristics.Influenced by geography and landform,ancient town architecture has the characteristics of regionality and compatibility.How to combine the protection and renewal of architectural heritage with regional environment and cultural characteristics,build the strategies and methods of architectural protection and renewal in Bayu ancient town,and apply them to the design is the research focus of this paper.Therefore,based on the concept of local architectural heritage,this paper adopts the research steps of "case analysis putting forward strategy redesign".Firstly,it uses relevant concepts to discuss and define and clarify the research scope;Secondly,it studies the architecture of Bayu ancient town,analyzes the architectural characteristics of Bayu ancient town,and finds the evaluation system of Bayu ancient town architecture combined with the evaluation of architectural value at home and abroad;After establishing the evaluation system of Bayu ancient town buildings and comprehensively studying the architectural characteristics of Bayu ancient town,this paper puts forward the principles of architectural protection and renewal of Bayu ancient town,and summarizes four protection and renewal methods of "evaluation-Evaluation of architectural value","suture-restoration of local characteristics","replacement-replacement of modern functions,transformation-combination of space and materials",Finally,the principles and methods are applied to the practice of Fengsheng ancient town grain depot project to guide the scheme design,so that the reconstructed grain depot buildings can be reborn,make the buildings rejuvenate,enhance the cultural identity of the region and form a unique regional culture...
