| As an important regional garden,the memorial garden for celebrities in west Sichuan bears the responsibility of inheriting the culture of west Sichuan and is also an important place for people to get close to nature and socialize and have a high research value.In recent years,the research on the gardens of West Sichuan mainly focuses on historical and humanistic research,garden art analysis,static quantitative analysis of space and so on,and seldom studies the garden space from the perspective of tourists.In this paper,the boundary space of Xishu’s representative garden,Donghu and Guihu is made a study.Through questionnaire survey,network big data statistics,GPS travel trajectory and behavior annotation,we investigated and analyzed the users and recreation behavior in the park,and explore the relationship between recreation behavior and space,then make optimization suggestions for the space。Through research,the following conclusions have been drawn:(1)On the basis of the statistics of literature and network data,it is learned that the East Lake and Guihu Lake,as government gardens,are emerged by historical value.Simultaneously,the value of landscape art is the highlight of the scenic spot,and the social and spiritual value are advancing gradually.(2)The questionnaire survey and interview statistics shows the basic attributes and behavioral preferences of the applicable population in the park.The users are mainly the retired elderly.The tour of East Lake Park is less affected by the season,and the attraction of historical landscape and plant landscape to the tourists is similar.The using peak summer of Guihu Park is summer,and more people come to the park to enjoy ornamental plant landscape.(3)Through the empirical investigation of gardens,the behavior route and recreation behavior types of users in the gardens are summarized.The eastern park converted into Donghu has a higher utilization rate and a rich variety of recreation behaviors,mainly static recreation activities.The flow of people in the west of Guihu Park is higher than that in the east.Recreational behaviors are mostly dynamic sightseeing and recreational activities.(4)Through further analysis of the relationship between user’s behavior and space,it is found that the user’s tendency to architectural space,landscape space and plant space in different periods of time,as well as the demand of different types of recreation behavior for space scale,perception and landscape.(5)Summarily,aiming at the problems in the space of "behavior coexistence",this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions in terms of space form,element increase and decrease,path adjustment and facility location according to the research results of the relationship between recreation behavior and space in Western Sichuan Celebrity Memorial Park. |
