The traditional design and construction pattern,based on ‘Structure of concrete construction drawing plane whole show method’,has the limitations of unclear geometric information and difficulty in collaborative sharing of information and data.BIM technology can effectively solve these problems,thereby reducing issues such as material waste and construction delays.However,in the process of BIM application,due to the privacy of data standards,it is difficult to share the reinforcement information.The current data interaction mode,which relies on manual modeling or data interface,is inefficient and expensive with data loss or error inevitably.Therefore,based on a common data standard,extracting the reinforcement data in structural design stage and generating the reinforcement model file to realize the multi-party interactive sharing of data are the key to promoting the BIM application in reinforcement engineering.This paper takes continuous beam as the research object and proposes an automatic generation algorithm of continuous beam reinforcement model based on IFC standard.It can realize the interactive sharing of reinforcement data and provide a reference for other types of reinforcement models.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the summary of the representation methods of reinforcement information in structural design and calculation software,a general expression method of reinforcing bar parameters is proposed.(2)Contrast the expression efficiency,information accuracy and applicable scope of different entities in IFC standard,and propose the standardized expression method for describing reinforcement geometric information and the characteristic parameters that affect geometric expression.(3)Based on the general parameters of continuous beam reinforcement,a conversion algorithm for characteristic parameters of geometric information is established.Then a generation algorithm of reinforcement IFC entities based on above-mentioned characteristic parameters is established to realize the generation of reinforcement IFC model files.Finally,based on the proposed algorithm,the automatic generation module for continuous beam reinforcement is developed,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated through case analysis.
