Nowadays,a modern cruise ship is a floating building on the sea,and the cruise ship itself is a tourist destination.Cruise tourism is a very sensual and experiential leisure tourism activity.To enable passengers to enjoy a relaxed and pleasant cruise journey,it is inseparable from the comfortable cruise living experience.In order to guarantee comfortable cruise living experience for all passengers,the comfort of cruise cabin is concerned.Combined with the Ergonomics,research on the “Human-MachineEnvironment” relationship(the interaction between passengers,indoor furniture and cabin environment)and design of cruise cabin is carried out,which will provide important reference for the realization of independent design and construction of cruise ships in China.In terms of the environmental design of cruise cabins,based on the thorough analysis of it’s “Human-Environment " relationship,the layout rules of cabins in the cruise ship are excavated and summarized.Including the overall impact of cruise configuration parameters on cabin environment,the trade-off between cruise space division and cabin layout,and the layout environmental characteristics of different types of cabins,these rules provide basis and guidance for cabin layout design in the concept design stage of cruise ships.On the other hand,focusing on passengers’ subjective perception,the Category Classification Method of Kansei Engineering is used to extract the environmental design characteristics of cabins from the perspective of passengers.Based on that,a multi-objective evaluation of cruise cabin environmental comfort is constructed,which enables to seek proper optimization approachs for the environmental design of cruise cabins.When it comes to the determination of subjective weights,instead of the traditional 1-9 Scale Method,taking passengers as subjects,a secondary grouping questionnaire survey is carried out to guide passengers to make real assessment.In terms of the interior layout design of cruise cabins,the Ergonomics is used to analyze the "Human-Machine" relationship of cruise cabins.Based on that,not only the static space of cabin furniture,but also the orientation workspace required by passengers when using the furniture is considered.In addition,based on the analysis of the "Machine-Environment" relationship of cruise cabins,the layout suitability of cabin furniture are proposed in accordance with the direction of human activity.After that,combined with the interior layout design rules of cruise cabins,an interior layout optimization model integrated into the orientation workspace of furniture is established.What’s more,the Genetic Algorithm is used to realize the intelligent layout design of cruise cabins.Finally,the interior layout of cruise balcony is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed interior layout method.Eventually,taking the accessible cabin of cruise as an example,research on the“Human-Machine-Environment” relationship and design is carried comprehensively.In terms of the environmental design,by analyzing the "Human-Environment" relationship of accessible cabins,the high demand for travel convenience of people with reduced mobility is summarized.Accordingly,based on the Combination Weighting Method,a multi-objective evaluation of environmental comfort is carried out,and optimization approaches for the environmental design of accessible cabins are proposed.In terms of the interior layout design,by analyzing the "Human-Machine" and "Machine-Environment" relationships of accessible cabins,the requirements of the indoor accessible elements and interior layout space are determined.Accordingly,the proposed interior layout method integrated into the orientation workspace of furniture is used to realize the intelligent layout design of accessible cabins.Results show that the proposed interior layout method owns its strong extensibility,and is applicable to the interior layout design of different types of cruise cabins.The research on cruise cabin design conducted above pays more attention to passengers’ subjective perception.When constructing the multi-objective evaluation of cruise cabin environmental comfort,the Category Classification Method of Kansei Engineering and the secondary grouping questionnaire survey are used.When establishing the interior layout model of the cruise cabins,based on the Ergonomics,an interior layout method integrated into the orientation workspace of furniture is proposed to realize the intelligent layout design of cruise cabins.Therefore,these ideas above has certain innovation and reference value in the design of cruise cabins. |
