With the continuous improvement and improvement of China’s national living standards since the reform and opening up,the potential consumer market of China’s cruise tourism industry has been constantly stimulated and expanded, which provides an indispensable market foundation for the development of China’s local cruise manufacturing industry.Major shipyards and scientific research institutions have also actively responded to the national call to fully promote the localized construction of cruise ships. The construction of cruise ships is more complex and difficult than ordinary ship types.A cruise ship has a large number of living quarters, and currently generally uses prefabricated cabin modules. Therefore, the loading of cabin modules has become an important link that affects the efficiency of cruise ship construction and ensures the normal completion of the cruise ship.At present, domestic cruise ship construction enterprises still face problems in the loading process of cabin modules, such as extensive loading plans, incomplete related technologies, low efficiency, large damage to the deck during loading, inaccurate positioning of cabin modules, and unreliable installation. This article focuses on the main research object of a medium-sized cruise ship cabin module shipment, and conducts research on the lifting, warehousing, transportation, positioning, and installation of cabin modules during the shipment process,in order to realize the cabin module fast, safe, accurate and efficient completion of the loading work. The specific research is as follows:(1)Analyze and summarize different lifting schemes, and develop a general lifting scheme that takes into account safety and efficiency.According to the requirements of the lifting scheme, design and finite element analysis of the tooling to verify whether the lifting tooling can meet the lifting requirements of the cabin module.(2)Analyze the port side opening plan, formulate the port side fortification hole opening principles, and take the target cruise ship as an example to conduct the opening;Study the cabin module transfer device and design a transfer device that meets the transfer requirements.(3)Analyze the types of ship cabins and formulate different transfer plans for different types of ship cabins: adopt a lateral push transfer plan for ships with longitudinal bulkheads; For ship cabins without longitudinal bulkheads,an ant colony algorithm incorporating a dynamic search model is used for path planning, and the ant colony algorithm is improved according to the requirements of the article.(4)Analyze the installation process of cabin modules, and develop a rapid positioning and installation plan for cabin modules in response to problems such as inaccurate positioning, slow installation process, and easy damage to surrounding outfitting during the positioning and installation process.Through the above research, the article has completed the formulation of the lifting plan;Design and finite element analysis of lifting tools such as cage and cantilever platform;Formulation of side opening plan and cabin module transportation plan; The rapid positioning of cabin modules, the formulation of installation plans and tooling design, provide a complete set of plans for achieving rapid shipment of cabin modules.
