| Compared to transportation ships,cruise ships pay more attention to the user experience of each passenger compartment.Cruise ship cabin design is an important component of cruise ship cabin design,and a good cabin design effect can greatly improve the living experience of passengers.Establishing an appropriate mathematical model and evaluating cruise ship cabin design based on expert preference information is a scientific and effective way to evaluate its design.In the process of design scheme evaluation,expert preference information mainly relies on the experience and intuition of evaluation experts,with certain uncertainty.In this way,in the cruise ship cabin evaluation model,it is difficult to accurately describe the individual judgment of expert preference information in the form of accurate numerical values.In order to solve the above problems,based on fuzzy theory and multiple attribute decision making methods,this paper proposes a multiple attribute evaluation method based on Picture Fuzzy Set for the uncertainty of individual expert preference information,and applies the method to the evaluation of cruise ship cabin design.Comparative analysis verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of the method.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Analyze cruise passenger groups,establish multi-level user initial needs through questionnaire surveys and field visits,and based on the KJ method;The Kano model is used to screen the initial needs of users,and the mapping relationship between user needs and evaluation indicators is used to determine various evaluation indicators,completing the construction of the cruise ship cabin design evaluation indicator system.(2)According to the multi-attribute decision-making process,considering the uncertainties in the evaluation process of cruise ship cabin design,the expert preference information is converted into a Picture fuzzy number,and the picture fuzzy decision-making matrix is established;improved picture fuzzy entropy weight method for attribute weight determination;Through the improvement of TOPSIS and grey relational projection method,introducing absolute positive and negative ideal solutions,and weighting mahalanobis distance,the picture fuzzy improved TOPSIS-grey relational projection method is proposed.(3)Based on the multi-level indicator system for cruise ship cabin design established in Chapter 3,eight cabin models are designed as alternatives,and 20 experts are invited to evaluate.According to the method proposed in Chapter 4,establish the weight of cruise ship passenger cabin design evaluation indicators,and rank each alternative based on the picture fuzzy improved TOPSIS-grey relational projection method.By comparing the picture fuzzy improved TOPSIS-grey relational projection method with other decision-making methods,the scientificity and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified. |
