Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the rapid development of China’s economy and industry,people’s living standards have been further improved.The daily travel mode has been unable to meet the growing consumption psychology of the people.The new travel mode — cruise travel has gradually entered the ordinary family and has been recognized by more and more people.However,it is universally acknowledged that cruise ships are extremely difficult to build,and their interior decoration is the core part.How to ensure the integrity and safety of cabin insulation is a huge challenge for cruise operators.Therefore,in the production and design stage,how to select the insulation material specifications,complete the design of typical insulation nodes and quickly complete the insulation modeling will become an urgent problem to be solved.This thesis focuses on the cabin insulation in cruise construction.Based on the investigation of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipyard and the participation in their production and design,the experiment and simulation analysis of the insulation materials used in the first large domestic cruise ship under construction are carried out.The experiment and simulation process are completed by making full use of the convenience conditions of shipyard,the sound absorption and heat insulation data of light insulation materials are obtained,and the design of typical insulation nodes is completed.On this basis,a rapid modeling method of the internal insulation part is studied with Smart3 D as the platform.Combined with the construction conditions and labor costs,an evaluation method of the insulation of large cruise cabin is proposed to improve the production efficiency of enterprises,which is of great significance to the development of China’s cruise manufacturing industry.Firstly,it analyzes the purpose of cabin design and cabin insulation design principle of large cruise ship.The cabin design includes aesthetics,ergonomics,architecture and environmental psychology,mainly to improve the appearance and internal quality of the cruise ship,improve their competitiveness,so as to achieve the purpose of attracting tourists.Cabin insulation design is mainly based on SOLAS convention.Secondly,this thesis starts from the basic properties of the new insulation materials.On the one hand,the sound absorption coefficient and thermal conductivity of the insulation materials are measured by the standing-wave tube method and the steady-state plate method.Several groups of experimental control data are obtained and the simulation analysis is carried out under different working conditions.Then according to the experimental data and the actual situation of the shipyard,the typical node design of different types of insulation for cruise ships is completed.On the other hand,according to the properties of insulation material and combined with the production and design situation of shipyard,through the use of smart3 d software platform to configure the properties of insulation materials,a fast modeling method of plane plates and some regular profiles in cabin insulation is developed.Finally,according to the insulation construction situation and the calculation of labor construction cost,the evaluation method of cabin insulation is proposed to realize the standardization of cabin insulation evaluation.
