Bulk carrier transportation began in the middle of the last century.After years of development,bulk carrier transportation has occupied an important position in the shipping industry.After the Second World War,due to the increasing global demand for bulk cargo transportation,coupled with the advantages of bulk carriers,the bulk carrier transportation has developed rapidly.The transportation advantage of bulk carriers compared to other cargo ships is that the ship routes are relatively fixed,the single-segment transportation volume is large,and the loading and unloading efficiency is high.The uniqueness and convenience of transportation make the bulk carrier’s transportation account for a large proportion of the total shipping volume.The loading and unloading of goods is a very important part of ship transportation production.With the increase in the number of bulk carriers,the loading technology of bulk carriers is also developing rapidly.The application fields of computer and information technology are constantly expanding,and ship-loading instruments with artificial intelligence have appeared in foreign countries.However,the current domestic loading computer generally has a simple calculation function,the calculation takes a long time and the calculation result is not very accurate,and most of them do not have good calculation and optimization functions.How to find the best stowage solution among many feasible stowage solutions to ensure the stability and strength of the ship to meet the requirements,and to improve operational efficiency and thus reduce transportation costs and enhance market competitiveness is the main goal pursued by the shipping industry.Under this circumstance,to study the optimization of loading and unloading of bulk carriers and improve the efficiency of loading and unloading of bulk carriers and reduce the port time to reduce costs.Above are the difficult problems that need to be solved urgently in the direction of bulk carrier transportation.In this paper,the "76,000-ton bulk carrier" is taken as the validation object.Under the premise of satisfying the strength and stability of the ship,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the loading of the bulk carrier,which highlights the optimization of the loading before the optimization is compared.It has more advantages and looks forward to the future development prospects of bulk carrier loading.(1)Through the calculation function of the loader software,the ship’s shearing force,bending moment and restoring force arm are calculated and checked separately,so that the ship maintains good strength and stability during port loading and unloading and navigation.Ensure the safety of the ship’s navigation.(2)Based on the genetic algorithm to optimize the loading of the ship,the initial solution,the mutation operation and the cross-operation process in the optimization process are compared,so that the final optimization solution has better performance in terms of strength and stability.(3)The display of the hull model is realized by OpenGL software,and the hull model can perform operations such as pan,zoom,and rotation.When loading and unloading,the loader can display the ship’s loading condition,strength and stability calculation results in real time. |
