| Since the 21st century,global climate change has become one of the most serious challenges facing mankind.Transportation industry plays a key role in global climate change.As an important part of China’s transportation industry,there are many difficulties in the monitoring and management of carbon emissions from marine transportation industry.The Chinese government attaches great importance to global climate change,undertakes to set an absolute upper limit of greenhouse gas emissions by 2025,and proposes a carbon dioxide emission reduction target that is consistent with the new carbon emission peak target.Therefore,this paper will build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system from the perspective of low-carbon,through the comparative analysis of various methods,choose the appropriate method to study its green development level.First of all,this paper analyzes the development status of China’s marine transportation industry.In recent years,the scale of China’s marine transportation industry has developed rapidly,with the rapid growth of ship capacity and container port throughput.There are many problems in the development of marine transportation in China.Then,the energy consumption and carbon emission of China’s marine transportation industry are calculated approximately,and the results show that the carbon emission of China’s marine transportation industry has been increasing in recent 10 years.Secondly,determine the evaluation index and build the evaluation model.In order to scientifically evaluate the green development level of marine transportation industry,this paper defines the concept of green marine transportation industry and constructs the green development evaluation index system on the basis of previous studies on the green transportation evaluation index system.According to the green logistics theory,low-carbon economy theory,sustainable development theory and Environmental Kuznets Curve theory,the three-level evaluation index system is preliminarily determined The expert scoring method is used to screen and determine 10 final evaluation indicators.The green development evaluation model of marine transportation industry is established by TOPSIS grey correlation analysis.Finally,COSCO Shipping Group is taken as an example to calculate its green development level.As the carbon dioxide emission of China’s marine transportation industry has not been disclosed yet,COSCO’s Shipping Scale accounts for more than half of the marine transportation industry.Therefore,this paper takes COSCO as an example to study its green development level and obstacle factors.In order to increase the contrast of the green development level before and after the restructuring of COSCO Shipping,based on the data of COSCO Shipping from 2016 to 2019,the data of COSCO Group from 2010 to 2015 is used as a supplement to calculate the green development level of COSCO Shipping Group in 10years(2010-2019)before and after the restructuring.The results show that the analysis results of COSCO Shipping Group’s green development evaluation are consistent with the literature,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the marine transportation industry green development evaluation system from the perspective of low carbon.Based on the obstacle factor diagnosis model,this paper analyzes the obstacle factors that affect the green development of marine transportation industry,and then puts forward targeted suggestions from the enterprise and government level according to the main index obstacle degree in different years. |
