With the rapid development of China’s infrastructure construction,the demand for construction machinery is constantly increasing.Construction machinery in high intensity work and bad environmental conditions under the mechanical wear serious,so the need for lubrication to reduce wear.Intelligent lubrication lubrication system is to reduce the friction and wear of mechanical parts,increase the service life of machinery,to achieve intelligent lubrication.The structure of lubrication system suitable for construction machinery is studied to enhance the anti-interference and output stability of lubrication system.Lubrication system controller was designed to realize intelligent lubrication strategy control and fault detection.In this paper,the intelligent lubrication system of construction machinery is researched and designed,and the main contents are as follows:Based on the multi-agent technology,the architecture of the lubrication sensing system was designed,and the branch agent model was proposed,including the lubricating branch agent(main controller)and the sensor agent,to realize the simultaneous detection of multiple lubrication points and the adjustment of the oil amount of each branch.The OPNET simulation and the lubrication system detection experiment were used for the lubrication sensing architecture.The communication of branch nodes is normal,and the sensing and detection device can reduce oil deposition by 12%,save oil by 23%,reduce oil pollution and reduce equipment failure rate.End-end detection is designed to realize closed-loop control of the lubrication system.End-end detection realizes real-time monitoring of the lubrication points at the end of the lubrication system.The data of the lubrication points are collected through the controller and uploaded to the upper computer.Based on the J1939 protocol lubrication system design,the overall design of the lubrication system and the lubrication system control function,structure function,monitoring function design.Then,under the guidance of the overall scheme,the hardware design and software design of the control system were carried out,the hardware circuit design of the controller of the lubrication system was completed,and the PCB drawing was carried out on the Altium Designer software for testing according to the circuit schematic diagram.The development and design of the upper computer system were completed,and the monitoring interface of the lubrication system was designed to realize lubrication parameter setting,lubrication data storage and fault functions,which can directly monitor the running state of the terminal lubrication point.Lubrication system test.The intelligent lubrication system experiment platform was built.First,the communication of the lubrication system was debugged,and the communication of the system was normal.Then,the oil output of the lubrication system was tested on the experimental platform under three conditions of high temperature,normal temperature and low temperature,and the data was collected and analyzed through the experiment.The output stability of the lubrication system was high under the multi-agent technology framework.
