The interaction between wheel and rail is one of the distinctive features of railway vehicle movement,especially in course of vehicle passing a curve,in which forces and wear between the wheel/rail also increase accordingly,so it is necessary to study the interaction relations of wear between wheel/rail,to provide specific guidance for the further rationality of the rail lubrication.To maintain the railway,rail lubrication always costs a lot of manpower and material resources in our country,becoming the focus of the maintenance.There are many reasons for the wear between wheel/rail,which are difficult to be expressed in conventional mathematics formula and solved precisely.This paper used SIMPACK dynamics simulation software to establish the overall relationship between rail and vehicle model,and to simulate the train passing rail curves with different radius,showing the degree of wear between wheel/rail under the condition of different radius.Analyzing the mechanism of wear between wheel/rail can provide theory support for research and design of intelligent lubrication system for the rail curve.Then,this paper introduced the fuzzy control and PID control algorithm,and effectively combined the two,so this paper proposed a fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm.Intelligent lubrication system simulation experiment was conducted in a Matlab environment,the simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm has characteristics of good robustness,small overshoot amount and faster responsingrate,verifying that the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is a good control strategy with superiority and stability,laid a foundation for the system software design.This paper proposed ways to reduce friction severity between the wheel/rail.When introducing the domestic and foreign research status of the rail lubrication,this paper analyzed the shortcomings and defects of present wheel/rail lubrication,such as that excessive lubricating oil may cause pollution along the railway,and it is difficult to achieve the lubrication effect if the lubricating oil is not enough.Through the above analysis,currently existing problems in the rail lubrication theory are solved.The automation level of the lubrication system improved with the use of related information technology at the same time,developed a kind of lubrication system with high reliability,which can carry on reasonable and effective lubrication according to the train location and speed.The application of this system can avoid a lot of wheel rail friction caused by insufficient lubrication of rail,and also can avoid the excessive pollution of rail lubrication to the railway line.STM32 embedded chip acts as the main controller,then the hardware circuit structure of the system,hardware circuit of each functional module and software implementation method are designed and achieved.
