Lubrication Analysis And Study On Centralized Lubrication Device Of Dynamic Flatbed Car

The engineering vehicles,especially the large and heavy duty vehicles are very important in the construction of the project.The lubrication and maintenance is the key link to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle and reduce the cost.The traditional manual lubrication is time-consuming and laborious,and the amount of lubrication and the effect can not be guaranteed.The traditional centralized lubrication structure is complex,and it can not achieve precise oil injection.Based on the deep analysis on power flat car,we developed a new type of intelligent centralized lubrication system.This paper developed the intelligent centralized lubrication system,designed a novel automatic multi flow pump and visualization device,and simulated the reversing valve of the centralized lubrication system of the power flatbed.The main work of this paper includes:First,according to the existing lubrication technology,current situation of lubrication system and structure of flat car,the overall lubrication scheme is determined,and the structural design and selection of the lubricating device for the lubrication of the power flatbed are carried out.Second,based on the dynamic flat truck lubrication system and lubrication conditions,make the design of automatic multi-flow centralized lubrication system.Make the design of an automatic multi-flow pump unit innovatively to achieve automatic lubrication so that lubrication system can supply up to 30 kinds of flow.With the help of the new pump,each oil branch can be independent to avoid interference.Third,the components of the lubrication system are simulated by Fluent software,and the rationality of the structural design is verified and analyzed,which can provide reference for the design of the lubrication system.Forth,According to the principle of the lubrication system,intelligent control system is designed.The platform is using integrated structures include industrial computer and PLCwhich can realize the seamless communication and control.Developing centralized lubrication system software which is based on the Automation Studio achieves automatic control and real-time dynamic recording and monitoring.In this paper,the central lubricating system of dynamic flat car is composed of the control system,the new automatic multi-flow pump and the oil transfer device.The automatic oil filling,automatic oil supply and multi-flow supply are realized,which has the advantages of low loss of pipe pressure,low energy consumption and high degree of intellect.
