Construction machinery is often under severe working conditions such as heavy load and serious dust pollution,which easily causes joint point wear.In order to improve the lubrication status of joint points and increase the service life of construction machinery,regular lubrication is required.The traditional automatic lubrication system has a complicated structure,high cost and low intelligence,which can no longer meet the lubrication needs of construction machinery.Based on the above background,this paper studies the automatic lubrication technology of construction machinery and designs a new type of automatic lubrication system.Proposed a lubricating system scheme that uses electromechanical combination for grease distribution.Explained the selection of grease,lubrication pump,drive motor and magnetic sensor,etc,and designed a multi-point lubrication mechanism to replace the distributor,improving the distribution efficiency of the lubrication system and reducing the cost of the lubrication system.Designed the hardware circuit of the lubrication system controller.used STM32F103VBT6 as the main control chip,and completed the power supply circuit,lubrication pump drive circuit,motor drive circuit,CAN communication circuit,and AS5048 a magnetic sensor circuit schematic design by using Cadence.Finally,produced a PCB prototype of the controller of the lubrication system.Designed and developed the lubrication system and host computer.The lubrication system based on Keil software programming realizes the functions of motor position control,fault detection and processing,and CAN bus communication.Developed three lubrication strategies: automatic lubrication,manual lubrication,and lubrication compensation to automatically lubricate the joints of construction machinery.The host computer developed the MFC platform to realize the functions of displaying and saving lubrication data and sending lubrication parameters.The lubrication system is in an independent working state and the host computer can set the key lubrication parameters in the lubrication system.Set up a lubrication system experimental platform,and Conducted a functionaltest of the lubrication system.Used MATLAB to analyze the lubrication data collected by the host computer,The experimental results show that the CAN communication function,lubrication strategy and fault detection function of the lubrication system all meet the expected design goals.The new construction machinery automatic lubrication system has low cost and high degree of intelligence.It can lubricate all joint points in real time and efficiently,so that each joint point of the construction machinery is in a good lubrication state for a long time,which improves the service life of the construction machinery and has a broad application prospects.
