In the study of EHL, the experimental of EHL is carried on in the conditioning of sufficient supply oil, during the theory numerical analysis, the pressure and the calculation of the oil film is in the enough area. Starved EHL is a very important, but we have not been studied in the issue depth, the so-called starved EHL is not filled with the amount of contact area of the entrance area. A serious starved lubrication will lead to failure in contact the surface of wear parts, resulting in undue economic loss. The starved EHL research, the establish of starved EHL mathematical model is very important, contemporarily, in order to seek a numerical method that can calculate mathematical model with rapid and accurate. In the process of solving the contact point to consider friction in high-speed heavy conditions, the impact of the performance of lubrication.from the friction of the true shape of contact area, contact position, load distribution and relative velocity parameters and so on.This article main research points contact starved EHL theory, in order to solve starved EHL problems of engineering practice and based on the theory of point contact EHL, numerical calculate by Multi-grid technology, Considered the main factors (including the elliptical rate Ke, speed parameters U, load parameters W and material parametersG) for the point contact EHL the impact from the overall grasp the point of contact EHL. At the same time, using computer language (Fortran language used in this paper) and the equations used to calculate the corresponding results of the mapping software for data analysis (Origin software used in this paper), and provide theoretical basis for the research of starved lubrication behind the lack.In the study of starved EHL, by the initial film thickness (equivalent thickness) for supply oils as the input parameters, for any cross-section area to contact the film pressure, thickness, the proportion of the Film and Film starting point for the location, analysis the relationship among film starting point position with the center thickness, minimum thickness, calculated the conditional of the judgement in point contact starved EHL and systematic analysis the impact of leakage of two ends, the result is calculated of maintaining parameters of lubrication and detailed analysis and discussion. Finally, discuss the three main factors (speed parameters U, load parameters W, material parameters G) for points contact starved EHL impact, in order to better find the actual impact of the starved EHL in the flow Lubrication factors, provide a theoretical basis in order to solve the practical problems.
