| Urban traffic problem has always been the focus of urban planning research in China.With the continuous increase of urban vehicle ownership,traffic congestion,frequent accidents and other problems have become increasingly prominent.In response to this,the development of public transport is widely used in major cities.As a large capacity green public transport,rail transit has been widely recognized and developed rapidly.The country also pays more attention to its high-quality construction.However,as China’s cities gradually enter the period of stock development,careful urban renewal of built-up areas has gradually become the main tone of urban construction,and the existing rail station area will also become a key part of urban renewal.Rail station area is not only a traffic space,but also an urban space.In big cities,hundreds or even tens of millions of people come here every day to carry out various activities.It is an important area carrying people and society.How to carry out fine urban renewal will affect the life experience of countless people.Beijing,as one of the most mature cities in the development of rail transit,has a large number of rail station areas.However,many stations built or newly built in the early stage are insufficient in the integrated planning and construction of rail transit,which makes the rail station out of touch with the urban construction and makes it difficult for people to feel the convenience and comfort of life.As the capital,Beijing represents the image of the country,and its brilliant city axis is an important city image display.Among them,the urban construction in the south central axis area of Beijing is relatively slow,and there is no efficient use of the interaction between the axis and rail transit lines.As a city axis,the integrated development of rail transit can become an important support to achieve its high-quality construction,can be used as a key entry point for high-quality planning and urban renewal,and become an important factor to drive the development of the south central axis area.Firstly,this paper defines the related concepts of rail transit,summarizes the interaction between rail transit and land use,TOD and the classification of rail stations,and defines the research content.Secondly,this paper studies the coordinated development of rail transit and urban planning and design,and analyzes the cases at home and abroad.Thirdly,through combing the development history of the south central axis area,this paper makes a detailed investigation and classification of dozens of rail stations on the south central axis,and analyzes the existing problems and problems from the aspects of land,road traffic,architecture,public space and behavior activities.Fourthly,the design elements and requirements of the rail station area renewal based on TOD are elaborated in detail.Fifthly,this paper puts forward the renewal design strategy of Beijing south central axis rail station area.At the policy level,this paper suggests policy support and relaxation of design restrictions.At the land level,this paper suggested to create a TOD street layout,optimize the nature of land use,and control the development intensity.At the road traffic level,this paper suggested to adopt efficient traffic integration design,build P + R parking lot,and improve the walking environment.At the building level,this paper suggested to build a P+ R parking lot.In the aspect of public space,it is suggested to increase the first-class urban open space,improve the quality of the existing public space,and design linear space or park according to the specific needs.In the aspect of behavioral activities,it is suggested to design the above-mentioned space according to the specific pedestrian activity track or stay gathering situation.Meanwhile,it is necessary to carry out auxiliary guidance.Finally,by combing the renewal design strategy of the rail transit station area,this paper finally gives the renewal strategy guidance to the different station areas along the south central axis area,and carries out the renewal design strategy practice of the Yongdingmen Wai Station area in the south central axis area.And applies the renewal strategy system of the article.At the same time,this paper provides development ideas and reference for the renewal design of other rail station areas in the future. |
