Under the background of China's urban development from incremental construction to stock update,the development of large urban centers has received more and more attention.At the same time,China has entered the peak period of comprehensive development of rail transit,and its development potential is huge.The multi-dimensional influence of rail transit on urban construction capacity,space utilization mode and transportation system has made the comprehensive development of the site area a new opportunity for urban renewal.At present,the station domain update in the central area of China's big cities is relatively extensive in theoretical research,lacks adaptability,and is not very instructive for station domain renewal,resulting in insufficient utilization of the potential value of rail transit,often oriented to a single economic benefit.In the update mode,more emphasis is placed on the high-intensity development of the core affected areas of the site,the integration with urban space is insufficient,and the improvement of material and space is more inclined,ignoring the diversified needs of economy,society,culture and environment;It has certain blindness and lacks fine and quantifiable decision-making methods,which leads to serious project homogeneity and lack of regional characteristics.Therefore,in view of the above problems,it is urgent to construct a rail transit station domain renewal system suitable for China's large cities.This paper introduces the "catalyst" perspective,and uses literature research,research interviews,statistical comparison,AHP-SWOT as the main research method to construct a catalyst-based station domain update system,and proposes corresponding update implementation strategies:Firstly,the main body and environment of urban catalysts--the classification research of rail transit stations,and the analysis of each type of station characteristics,existing problems,update status and update targets are the basis for formulating targeted update strategies in the later stage.Secondly,the analysis of the updated catalyst-railway site is carried out,and the possible catalyst factors are divided into material catalyst factors,economic catalyst factors and social cultural catalyst factors according to the needs of urban renewal,and the different influence directions are clearly defined.Combined with the scale of the site,determine the types and quantities of catalyst factors available at each level of the site.Subsequently,the orbital traffic station is analyzed as the operating mode of the updated catalyst.It is pointed out that the catalyst factor exerts and expands the influence through the touch medium,and triggers the chain reaction through the action mechanism of point activation and linear conduction,forming excitation,strengthening,repairing,Create a variety of types of catalyst effects.On this basis,the rail transit station domain update strategy from the perspective of catalyst is proposed:(1)Differentiated strategy guidance according to the update target of different station domains;(2)Introducing AHP-SWOT method to construct an integrated screening method for internal environmental factors and external catalyst factors in station domain update;(3)The catalyst media was optimized to make the conduction path of catalyst factor more smooth;(4)The dynamic catalyst-adjusting means such as staged development and post-use evaluation keeps the catalytic effect of the station update dynamic and sustainable.This paper is aimed at the basic research of the early stage of rail transit station domain renewal.It aims to analyze the key influencing factors of the site update and the benign operation mode of sustainable renewal through a large number of empirical studies,and propose different types of rails.The delivery domain update requirements and strategies provide a theoretical and technical reference for the scientific decision-making and design guidance of the station domain update.
