| Guangzhou traditional residential district is the main part of the traditional urban space form in the old city of Guangzhou.It records the succession of traditional living style and traditional customs in the city.Today,it still plays an important role in maintaining the vitality of the old city and continuing the urban context.With the continuous progress of urban renewal in the old urban area of Guangzhou,the importance of ensuring the vitality of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou is becoming increasingly apparent.Through the investigation and Research on the spatial vitality of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the vitality of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou,defines the vitality connotation of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou,analyzes the organizational content of the spatial vitality mechanism of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou,and puts forward some strategies to ensure the continuation of the spatial vitality mechanism of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou.This not only provides a theoretical basis for the revival or continuation of the vitality of traditional residential blocks,but also has a certain practical significance for the renovation of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou.This research is divided into three main partsThe first part is literature review,which starts from the traditional residential district and urban vitality.In the literature research of traditional residential blocks,this paper combs the relevant theories and principles of traditional residential blocks renewal and protection,defines the value of traditional residential blocks,and summarizes the relevant renewal and transformation strategies of traditional residential blocks.In the literature research of urban vitality,this paper summarizes the types,characteristics and connotation of urban vitality,and combs the relevant strategies to stimulate urban vitality at the level of planning,design and implementation management.The second part is the investigation and Research on the vitality representation of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou.The representative Duobao road traditional residential block is selected from 12 traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou as the research sample,and the vitality representation of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou is summarized through field investigation and spatial analysis.It is found that the traditional residential districts in Guangzhou are characterized by diversity,liveliness,characteristics and sustainability.The third part is the analysis of spatial vitality mechanism of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou.Firstly,through the vitality characterization of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou,this paper summarizes four kinds of factors influencing the vitality of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou: material environment factors,functional service factors,behavioral factors and social and cultural factors,and then clarifies the vitality connotation of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou.Secondly,the paper expounds the vitality of traditional residential blocks in Guangzhou from two aspects: the generation and maintenance of spatial vitality Finally,according to the actual situation,the paper puts forward the relevant strategies to ensure the effective continuation of the spatial vitality mechanism. |
