Research On Landscape Vitality Of Public Space In Winter Cities Of Northeast China

Restricted by extreme weather,the winter visual effects of external environment in winter cities in northeastern China is simple and tedious.The landscape has no obvious winter feature.Its system is fragile and unsustainable.Residents winter activities are restricted.This has,in some degree,led to problems such as relatively economic backwardness,lack of vitality in winter and plain city culture of the winter cities in northeastern China.The synthesis problems of these cities are related closely to the city public space landscape.Thus,this paper takes the public space winter landscape of cold cities in northeastern China as its research subject and sets the improvement of the quality of its winter landscape as target.Find the driving force,aka vitality,behind the landscape to stimulate winter landscape improvements of the cold northeast cities from the roots and alleviate problems of severe cold cities in northeastern China comprehensively by landscape approach.This paper takes vitalism as the point and extends to the theories of life system and emotional experience to analyze the root causes of problems through interdisciplinary methods.Through systematic and detailed research,which include questionnaires,interviews and participatory observations,the problem nature is discovered by quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.Find out people’s behavioral patterns,factors impeding the activities,people’s behavioral needs of winter landscape and the different needs of different groups for winter landscape in urban public space.Targeted the winter landscaping work.City public space landscape does not only the individual living system,but also has effect on the living systems of human and city,the purpose of it as the living system can be presented on the relation of landscape with city and human,while the relation of these three is the source of the vitality of landscape.As to this research,standing on the vitalism,on the basis of the conclusion of comprehensive research on landscape in winter,it puts forward three vitalities of landscape in winter for the purpose of living system and the constitutive elements of landscape,which are braced force of landscape space,cohesive force of winter function,and attraction of winter form.The third,fourth,and fifth chapters are important in this paper,which relatively illustrates the value expression of the vitalities of these three aspects in the winter landscape of city public space in winter.The braced force of the landscape is the space vitality of landscape,which can provide spatial structure basis to support the behavior of people in winter by landscape,and also provide a better comfortable winter travel network for people.The cohesive force of function is the vitality of landscape to gather the behavior of people,which can be presented on the seasonal conversion of functon,when it can meet the usage of people in winter,it can attract more people,and meanwhile it can satisfy the spiritual requirements of people.The attraction of winter form of landscape is the expression of visual vitality of landscape in winter,and on the basis of the aesthetic investigation of people in winter,it puts forward the principle of integrity and complementary aproach of landscape in winter.As to the expression to the city by landscape,it requires people to display it in the scrutable way,complete it by means of the continuous experience of people in the city public space,particularly stress the features and context of winter city,and highlight the specificity of city,all these have been involved into the space,function,and form of landscape,and these three vitalities jointly drive the comprehensive change of winter landscape in city public space from different dimensions.After the expression of vitality of winter landscape can be found,it can fundamentally improve the quality of winter landscape in city public space in winter city,promote the living quality of residents in winter city in winter,so that it can further enhance the culture transmission and strengthen the image in winter city,and finally,it can reach to the purpose of improving the comprehensive vitality of city with the assistance of landscape.
