| The traditional business center has witnessed the development and changes of the city,and has united the unique history and culture of the city.At present,China is in the stage of rapid urban development.The "urban era" ushered in the large-scale construction of urban commercial centers,and the development of traditional commercial centers faces great challenges.Now,most of the construction of traditional commercial centers in China is renovation and renovation.However,the renewal and transformation under the extensive development mode has weakened the competitiveness of the traditional commercial center.It leads to the absence of local features and serious assimilation of construction.Moreover,it cannot meet the material and spiritual needs of modern people.Based on the existing research results on the spatial vitality of traditional commercial centers and cities,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the spatial vitality of traditional commercial centers.According to the influence factors that affect the vitality of traditional business center,it is divided into 4 primary indicators and 10 secondary indicators.The paper explores the research methods to evaluate the vitality of traditional commercial centers,hoping to provide some reference for the improvement of the vitality of traditional commercial centers in the future.By using the established index system and using urban traffic data,urban building data and urban POI data,the traditional commercial center of Zhongshan Road was compared and quantified and analyzed.The evaluation results show that among the five major city-level commercial centers in the main urban area,the spatial accessibility score of Zhongshan road commercial center is 1.61,ranking the third,the construction intensity and form is 1.79,ranking the fourth,the functional diversity is 2.35,ranking the last,the spatial culture score is 0.7,ranking the first.According to the score of Zhongshan road,the advantages and disadvantages of Zhongshan road were summarized.The advantage of the traditional commercial center of Zhongshan road lies in the numerous local characteristics of Qingdao-the courtyard architecture and abundant natural and historical tourism resources.The disadvantages are also summarized and sorted out,mainly due to the disordered traffic organization and the lack of diversity in the form and commercial form of backward residential and commercial buildings.According to the advantages and disadvantages of Zhongshan road,the spatial vitality optimization strategy of Zhongshan road commercial center is proposed.The strategies are as follows: constructing integrated overground and underground space,optimizing and improving public transportation system,"embedded" renovation of architectural space,providing abundant space service facilities,optimizing functional zoning and diversified business layout,and fully exploring regional tourism and cultural resources. |
