Research On The Construction Safety Coordination Management Of Railway Business Line

The construction safety of railway business line is an important part of railway operation safety.As a high-risk area,railway construction involves more construction safety risks.By the end of July 2020,the national railway mileage has reached 141400 km,including 36000 km of high-speed rail.According to the latest national railway network planning,by 2035,the national railway network will reach 200000 km,including 70000 km of high-speed rail.With the continuous growth of national railway operation mileage,the number of participants of railway business line construction project is increasing,and the project construction information exchange is more complex.The interaction and influence of different production factors make the collaborative management of railway business line project more and more important.However,the construction coordination of railway business line is still low,and there are still construction accidents caused by low coordination factors such as information communication failure in recent years.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the collaborative management of construction safety of railway business lines to ensure the construction safety of railway business lines and avoid construction safety risks.Based on this,it is very important to study the collaborative management among the participants and production factors of railway business line construction project.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance and research ideas.Secondly,this study defines the concept of railway business line and railway business line construction safety and collaborative management,summarizes the relevant existing theories,and collects and sorts out the research results of railway business line construction and collaborative management at home and abroad.Thirdly,this study analyzes the current situation of railway business line construction safety collaborative management,and based on this,finds out the problems and causes of inefficient collaborative management of railway business line construction safety.Finally,this paper analyzes the related factors that affect the construction safety collaborative management of railway business lines,and formulates the optimization strategy of construction safety collaborative management of railway business lines combined with related problems.It is found that there are some problems in the construction of railway business line from scheme review,collaborative management plan submission,construction safety site supervision and control to emergency collaborative treatment plan after construction safety risk occurs.The main reasons for the above problems involve many aspects,including the lack of railway line construction safety collaborative management system,lack of collaborative management training,lack of attention,inconsistency between practical operation and the plan submitted,and insufficient construction safety risk control.After analyzing the influencing factors of construction safety collaborative management from five aspects of human,machine,material,method and environment,this study thinks that it can be optimized from the following four aspects: first,to formulate a sound railway business line construction safety coordination management system;second,strengthen the railway business line construction risk control;third,establish a railway business line construction safety early warning mechanism;fourth,establish a scientific Safety risk avoidance system of railway business line construction.
