Nowadays the quantity and quality of the bridges in China have been significantly improved..Prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge which is constructed on cradle is becoming one of the most popular bridges with its large span capacity and reasonable cost. However, cradle construction has the characteristics of small working face and complex process. The erection security of the bridge is influenced by many element, the project risks and accidents. This dissertation focuses on the construction risk of cradle construction, which includes the following aspects:(1)In this part, the risk conception and the analysis manners of the cradle construction were given. The theoretical skeleton of construction risk analysis for the cradle construction was built on the basis of giving definition of safety risk management of prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge during construction.(2)The principle and the process of construction risk identification for the cradle construction were discussed. Through the research on the construction process of the cradle construction, combined with the field investigation and the expert investigation manner, The erection security element of the cradle construction were concluded.(3) The LEC evaluation method was improved and the index of the method was replaced. The analytic hierarchy process is introduced to solve the weight problem of multi person evaluation, which makes it more accurate and scientific.(4) A univariate hazard analysis of the M bridge's cradle construction was given by using the improved LEC method. In the meantime, a comprehensive hazard analysis was given by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy method. According to the estimate results, some effective suggestions were putting forward to prevent accident occurrence.
