Research On Space Design Strategy Of Back Alley Under Micro-renewal Perspective

The current contradiction between the renovation of the back streets and alleys and the residents seeking to improve the living environment.It is hoped that the back streets and alleys,as the requirements of specific places that have a great life atmosphere and show urban culture,need to be dealt with in more detailed and updated methods.This article starts from the perspective of micro-renewal,combined with the analysis methods of literature research and case analysis,combs the development of the micro-renewal concept,explores the theoretical support behind it,analyzes the relationship between the subject,object and carrier of the microrenew in the back streets and alleys,and re-organizes The elements of urban renewal in the micro-renewal dimension.It is proposed that the micro-renewal of back streets and alleys should be based on the principles of knowing the micro-insights,judging the past and judging the present,and putting people first,and summarizing its functions,traffic,style,supporting facilities,and public participation in the overall block space.Based on the overall strategy of phased implementation,it is applied to the back street and alley space design of Quanzhou Jiuguanyi-Jingting Alley block,to explore the back street and alley space design strategy from the perspective of micro-renewal,in order to further explore the micro-renewal in The role of urban renewal,and perfect its design method.
