From The Perspective Of Authenticity On The Protection And Reconstruction And Development Of Kuan Alley And Zhai Alley In Chengdu Research

Now,more and more fast pace of life is changing our city. Group of buildings going up, straight wide roads, congestion of traffic, artificial pruning the trees, huge advertising light boxes, Starbucks, Mc Donald’s, 24 hours of chain stores, flashing neon-- when we justifiably enjoying the modernization brings the material civilization, our city but due to extinction of tradition and a unique cultural atmosphere and become stereotyped. The protection and development of historic district has become a difficult problem in urban planning of our country.Since the State Council announced the first batch of historical and cultural cities, China’s urban conservation work has achieved some results, but due to lack of social consensus and legal protection, the current number of outstanding historical and cultural blocks are still faced with the threat of being destroyed, but due to the lack of protection, the protection of the implementation process is not rigorous, resulting in a large number of historical and cultural blocks of building. The protection and development of the contradiction between the protection and the development of the contradictions, the economic benefits and cultural heritage and a series of contradictions still exist in the long-term. On the background of rapid economic development and urbanization process, the scientific and effective protection of these historical and cultural blocks, the relationship between protection and construction, development, improvement of living standards of local residents, and left to future generations of historical and cultural heritage, which need to have a scientific protection plan, strict management system, and actively participate in the whole nation to achieve. This research is a basic research of the historic district reconstruction project which I participated in. In this paper, through the protection of urban historical and cultural heritage, heritage and revitalization of the relevant concepts, the foreign developed countries in urban history and cultural heritage protection, heritage and revival of the theory of research, case analysis, the protection of historical and cultural blocks protection policies and regulations, the status quo, the relevant case analysis, summarized the contents and principles of protection, heritage and revival, according to the historical and cultural blocks of the historical and cultural characteristics and the status quo analysis and summary, and put forward the "authenticity protection" in urban historical and cultural neighborhoods. This paper analyzes the impact of the urbanization process to the historic district, and discusses how to comprehensively consider the material space environment, social, economic and cultural aspects, and to save the historic and cultural blocks with sustainable development.
