China’s new energy automobile industry is developing rapidly,but most of the existing employees in the new energy automobile industry are still cross-industry people,and the demand for relevant technical talents exceeds demand.As an important part of vocational and technical education,secondary vocational colleges are the main position for vocational and technical personnel training.Many secondary vocational colleges in our country have opened courses on new energy vehicles,but there are still many problems in the construction of courses,which needs to be further improved and updated.On the other hand,with the refinement of the social division of labor and the continuous development of technology,job requirements change from single to diversified,which means that the training of talents must also follow the overall development of capabilities.Starting from the "capability-based education concept" in the twelve perspectives of vocational education,fully research the pure electric vehicle industry,and extract the professional capabilities and humanistic qualities involved in the "use" and "maintenance" of pure electric vehicles from specific job requirements.According to the rules of talent training and the logic of teaching project settings(progressive,parallel and streamlined),the ability-based secondary vocational Usage and Maintenance of Pure Electric Vehicles course project was selected and planned to make it more fit the career growth trajectory of talents.According to the steps of "typical work project→action field→learning field",carry out the teaching process of the project,and establish the talent ability training path of "basic job skills→job core skills→job development skills".Reconstruct the content of the course,develop the project-based course of Usage and Maintenance of Pure Electric Vehicles,and design relevant course resources.Project-based curriculum and competence-based education have the same effect.Curriculum projects that integrate work scenarios,work processes and actual job requirements can realize the docking of classes and posts,and effectively integrate professional knowledge,professional capabilities and professional characteristics into the curriculum teaching.To make the teaching of pure electric vehicles more in line with current and future job needs,so that students can be competent for actual job jobs,and adapt to today’s diverse and rapidly developing technology and social processes.At the same time,it can also enrich and supplement project-based courses.
