In recent years,China’s electric vehicle industry has entered the stage of "accelerated development",and the electric vehicle aftermarket is facing more severe challenges while welcoming significant development opportunities.Therefore,it is necessary to undertake the arduous task of training electric vehicle maintenance service personnel through vocational colleges,so as to promote the sustainable development of electric vehicle maintenance service industry.At present,the curriculum reform of vocational colleges and universities has entered a critical period.Based on the idea of "real work process driven teaching",the course content of electric vehicle maintenance service based on working process is developed,which is a powerful guarantee for the implementation of curriculum reform of automobile repair major in vocational colleges.This study based on the working process of curriculum development theory as the research basis,the course content of inspection and maintenance to secondary electric vehicle chassis development as the research content,in electric vehicle chassis and the traditional internal combustion engine automobile chassis differences as the breakthrough point,through the vehicle maintenance and repair professional curriculum development concept and the combination of vocational education teaching reform concept,will be based on the working process of the curriculum development and students’ comprehensive vocational ability training mode,the combination of considering mechanics professional technical secondary school students’ learning characteristics,studies the systematic process of curriculum development,and constructed based on the working process of the electric vehicle chassis inspection and maintenance course.This study mainly carried out the course development of electric vehicle chassis detection and maintenance based on the working process by implementing the following steps: firstly,through visiting enterprises in the electric vehicle maintenance service industry,the author understood the occupational capacity requirements of enterprises for technical posts.By visiting relevant secondary vocational colleges and conducting a questionnaire survey,I learned the opinions and requirements of the colleges on the content of the professional courses of automobile repair,and wrote the research report.Then,the typical case of electric vehicle chassis maintenance is studied,and the typical work items applicable to the course teaching are extracted.Thus,the basic framework of the course content is preliminarily constructed by taking typical work projects as the main body of the course content.On this basis,technical experts of electric vehicle chassis maintenance enterprises and backbone teachers of automobile maintenance major in vocational colleges were organized to conduct joint teaching and research,and the work process of each typical work project was made specific,standardized and streamlined,so as to complete the deepening and refinement of the course teaching content.Finally,select the course part(including several typical project)in secondary vocational schools teaching the application experiment was carried out,organize experts assess the effect of the course content,and provided by the teachers and students feedback,to verify its scientific nature,rationality and feasibility of the development of the entire contents after improving the complete course.This study provides some reference schemes to solve the difficulties in the development of electric vehicle courses in secondary vocational colleges,and makes a positive exploration to promote the curriculum reform of automobile repair specialty in secondary vocational colleges. |
