With the development of Hainan International Tourism Island and free trade port strategies,rural area economic development level had been steadily improved,farmers had higher requirements for indoor comfort.For the deficiencies in energy-saving and ecology of existing buildings in rural areas,the energy consumption of rural buildings was increasing year by year,and the utilization of renewable energy was less,which was urgent to carry out building energy-saving retrofit and strengthen the use of renewable energy.This thesis took rural buildings in Hainan Island as the research object,put forward six kinds of low-energy ecological building system schemes suitable for the development of rural areas in Hainan Island through data processing methods,field research method,simulation analysis and so on.First of all,according to the data analysis,the basic situation of the development and construction of foreign famous tourism island and free trade port was obtained,and the goal requirement and the target planning table of the development of rural areas in Hainan Island were proposed.Based on the field survey and analysis,the basic information of population characteristics,environmental quality,building status and energy use in rural areas were obtained,and the main energy-saving and ecological deficiencies of existing buildings in rural areas were identified.It’s necessary to carry out energy-saving retrofit of the building structure,change the traditional construction modes,and improve the utilization rate of renewable energy.Secondly,the overall planning and layout design of rural buildings based on the principle of uniform and adaptation to local condition was conducive to the formation of a good wind environment and thermal environment in the building zone by using PHOENICS software simulation analysis.Through the single factor test and orthogonal test analysis of building envelope(window wall ratio,external window,external wall,roof),it’s found that the external window was the focus of building energy-saving retrofit,and improving the heat insulation and sunshade performance of building envelope was more conducive to energy saving.This thesis introduced the concept of prefabricated building technology,and analyzed the feasibility of its application in rural areas,and customized the envelope components with good heat insulation and shading performance,then the six kinds of ecological building ontology schemes were proposed.According to the resources of rural areas,through the use of solar thermal and photovoltaic power generation technology,waste incineration power generation technology,biomass energy utilization technology,to further reduce the indoor energy and improve the quality of rural ecological environment,and from the policy,technology,ecological and economic aspects of analysis,it’s concluded that the technology was suitable for rural areas.Finally,combined with the ecological energy-saving retrofit technology of building structure,prefabricated building technology and renewable energy utilization technology,six kinds of low-energy ecological building system schemes were proposed,by the comparative evaluation method and De ST energy consumption simulation software.It’s found that the air conditioning energy-saving rate of each scheme was more than 50%,and the building energy-saving rate was more than 65%,which meets the "green building evaluation standard"(GB/T 50378-2019)and the requirements for the use of renewable energy in the development strategic objectives.According to the analysis of ecological benefits and economic benefits,the ecological benefits of scheme3 were the most obvious,followed by scheme 4,and the economic levels of scheme 2,scheme 3 and scheme 4 were relatively high,which were more suitable for promotion and application in rural areas.
