Quality Management Research And Practice In Car Components Development

After decades of development,China auto industry stands gradually among the highest in the world.China is becoming the auto parts production and supply base in the world but the product development and quality management are not perfect and quality assurance system cannot meet the requirements from some International companies.Based on the situation,it impacts not only the influence the degree of China's auto parts industry in the global market expansion,but also conducive to the transformation and development of China's automobile industry in the long term.In fact,in order to form our unique core competitive strength in the requirements for export products gradually from the pursuit of quantity to the pursuit of quality transformation.In order to change this situation,the most important point is to establish our quality control systems and perfect the procedures accordingly.Therefore,parts can be enhanced and the core competition can be improved.In this paper,the quality of the auto parts in the research and development in Shanghai is studied.The main research contents are as follows: firstly,by using the method of literature research,this paper summarizes the relevant research background,theoretical basis and case background.Then,the paper discusses the quality control and improvementof the quality control of the production enterprises.In view of the quality and overall plan,the enterprise should use the quality function deployment or the failure mode and so on.In order to ensure the quality of the product production process and process in real time,the development of the process by the customer node into the internal process node,through the stage audit to inspect the dynamic characteristics of the product,establish the quality of the input and output links,so as to ensure the quality of the product.After that,this paper studies the evaluation system of the quality management of automobile development project.Through the use of AHP and QFD,the paper gives a set of flexible weight distribution system,which provides a reference for the development and implementation of the quality management related industry management standards.In the evaluation method,taking into account the "time" and "space",to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the project.The response of the "time" is reflected in the process of the evaluation system.The evaluation process uses the method to evaluate the effect of the whole life of the project,including planning,design,production,operation,maintenance and so on.In this paper,the "space" in response to the set of indicators can be seen,the range of indicators related to the project to the ecological environment,production space,the impact of the environment around the producers.The evaluation system of the quality management system of the automobile development project based on QFD can not only provide a reference to the automobile industry,but also provide reference for the implementation of the standard.It also provides a strong basis for thegovernment and industry to develop and implement the quality of the automobile industry.
