Automobile plastic fuel tank is a storage device for automobile fuel.Its quality is directly related to the safety performance of the automobile.The fire resistance of the fuel tank is closely related to the life safety of the driver and passengers.Therefore,the fire resistance performance of the automobile plastic fuel tank is tested.It is a mandatory item required by the country for factory inspection.The fire resistance performance testing device for automobile plastic fuel tanks has become an indispensable means for fuel tank fire resistance testing.There are few researches on the fire resistance performance of automobile plastic fuel tanks.The existing automobile plastic fuel tank fire resistance performance detection and test device has unreasonable structure,low degree of automation,cumbersome operation and safety problems to a certain extent,and cannot achieve safer,Convenient and efficient fire resistance testing.Based on the requirements of the national standard GB18296-2019,this article analyzes the working mechanism of the test device in depth,proposes a test method for the fire resistance performance of automotive plastic fuel tanks,and designs the fire resistance performance of automotive plastic fuel tanks that meet the requirements.The detection device is designed to be suitable for 30~95L automobile plastic fuel tanks to simulate the installation mode of the actual vehicle.The clamping device and the combined liquid container are developed.The remote fire extinguishing system is developed to improve the deficiencies of the existing fire resistance test devices.Establish a threedimensional model for the designed test device to provide a theoretical model for the simulation analysis and subsequent structural improvement of the test device;conduct a static simulation analysis on the key components of the test device to verify the loadbearing capacity of the designed fire resistance performance detection device;Under the action of the lower driving device,the displacement,speed,acceleration and impact degree of the liquid container device and the shed device during the movement are simulated to ensure the stability of the movement.Ensure that the gasoline burning in the liquid container does not splash and cause a fire;finally,the control system of the test device is designed,and the remote wireless remote control,remote wireless real-time monitoring,and manual/automatic integrated operating system are proposed to realize the fire resistance of the automobile plastic fuel tank.The automatic operation of the performance test also ensures the safety of the test personnel,the testing equipment and the test site.Through the research on the fire resistance performance test of automobile plastic fuel tanks,a safe,simple,efficient and reliable test method for the fire resistance performance test of plastic fuel tanks is proposed,which provides theoretical guidance for the development of automated testing equipment that meets national standards.The key technology of fixing and clamping device suitable for 30~95L automobile plastic fuel tank installation simulation is put forward to solve the problem of the applicability of the test device for testing the fire resistance performance of automobile plastic fuel tanks with different rated capacities and different shapes.Designed a combined liquid receiver that meets the test of different specifications of fuel tanks,and developed a remote gas submerged fire extinguishing system to achieve instant fire extinguishing to ensure the safety of the test.By testing the fire resistance performance test device of the automobile plastic fuel tank,the fire resistance performance test of the automobile plastic fuel tank meets the requirements of the national standard,and the test device fulfills the design requirements of the project.It is for the development of a safer,more convenient and efficient automobile with independent intellectual property rights.The fire resistance test device of plastic fuel tank provides theoretical basis.
