In recent years,with the rapid development of the automobile industry,the automobile has replaced other tools as the main means of transportation.In order to save energy and reduce the cost,automobile lightweight has become an important development trend of the automobile industry,which greatly boosts the application of plastic in the automobiles.Automobile fuel tank is an important component and directly affects the quality and safety performance of the automobile which makes the quality test become the important link of the automobile fuel tank production.Therefore,the development of plastic fuel tank impact testing machine is particularly important.Plastic tank shock test machine is the experimental equipment that has to be purchased by the tank production enterprise at present,which has been very common in foreign countries.However,the application of impact test machine is a new subject for many domestic automobile fuel tank production enterprises.Therefore,the design of such a device is very promising.In this paper,a control system based on MITSUBISHI PLC and MCGS touch screen was designed on the basis of the analysis of the mechanical structure and operation mode of the whole machine.The control system takes full advantage of the reliable stability of the PLC,friendliness and flexibility of the touch screen and good compatibility of them to develop the plastic fuel tank system of impact test machine.The whole control system takes PLC as the core control equipment,to realize normal operation of the impact testing machine,and treated the touch screen as the man-machine interface.The plastic tank shock test process was completed under the operator’s operation,and the data is updated in real time.The input and output of the test machine were connected to the distributed I/O devices,and the control of the input and output was achieved by the PLC and the MCGS touch screen.This test machine was used for impact resistance performance test of the plastic fuel tank.Automatic plastic gasoline tank impact testing machine control system realized the basic requirements of the impact testing machine with the control strategy that combines the PLC control and a man-machine interface touch screen control.It can be calculated by the pendulum impact theory that the impact center of the pendulum and impact position of the plastic oil tank must be in a same horizontal direct line.Therefore,the accurate location of the pendulum can be realized by the establishment of the coordinate system of the impact test bed and the introduction of the servo motor and PID control algorithm.The user can input the coordinates or the equation of curve for a given location.The pendulum location system can realize the accurate coincide of the impact center and impact position by real-time feedback of the encoder of the servo motor.Compared with the existing plastic fuel tank impact testing machines,adjustable degrees of the freedom of three axis can realize impact tests for various sizes of plastic fuel tank and can make the speed adjustable in all directions.The encoder structure can realize all kinds of pendulum impact tests with different energy by flexible choice of the elevation angle of the pendulum.Furthermore,it can realize automatic operation and save the man power through the communication with the host computer.In this paper,the experimental testing machine was simulated.The mechanical structure has reasonable cohesion,and a test was carried out.The whole system operates reasonably,and has friendly man-machine interface and high system reliability.It can achieve the impact test of the plastic oil tank.and has certain application value. |
