| The manual transmission is a key part of the vehicle transmission system.The driver operates very frequently in the actual driving process.The quality of the transmission directly affects the operation performance and ride experience of the vehicle.All transmission in the factory must pass the strict quality inspection before being put into the market,which is also the survival of the major transmission production enterprises.In this paper,a manual transmission on-line detection platform is designed and built to meet the needs of the on-line detection of the gear shifting mechanism of manual transmission.The test bench can simulate the engine power input and wheel load of the whole vehicle transmission system,control the speed and torque accurately,and change the transmission automatically through the shift-selecting mechanism,realizing the automatic unmanned detection.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,on the premise of consulting a large number of literatures and materials,the structure principle and control scheme of transmission on-line detection platform at home and abroad are analyzed.The overall technical scheme of mechanical system,electrical system and software system was determined by analyzing the demand parameters of offline testing platform,taking automatic unmanned testing as the main line and focusing on the accuracy and consistency of testing items.(2)In this paper,the power transmission path of the mechanical system is selected for design,from the input motor,torque sensor,coupling,bearing housing,input shafting,to the product output shafting,bearing housing,coupling,output motor,etc.,to ensure the continuity of the power transmission path and rational configuration.Then the shafting automatic fitting function of the auxiliary power transmission system is selected and designed,including servo motor,ball screw,linear guide rail,pliers,etc.,so as to realize the shafting automatic fitting.Then the product loading and unloading clamps system,gear shifting system,water cooling system and other relatively independent system design.The electrical system is based on the mechanical system.According to the action and feedback requirements of each component,the electrical system is designed for distribution,communication and acquisition.The software system is designed from the aspects of function perfection,safety,simplicity,operation habit,operation difficulty,etc.(3)This paper debugged and ran the test platform built,set parameters for a certain manual transmission product,and tested the product.Based on the integrity of each function and analysis of test data,it is verified that the test bench meets the requirements of manual transmission on-line test station. |
