| Lightweight automotive industry is an important trend in the development of the automotive industry,because the plastic fuel tank has the advantages of light weight,corrosion resistance,etc.,to promote the application of automotive plastic fuel tank more and more widely.Plastic tank in the cooling process prone to warping deformation,not only will cause the follow-up processing quality is unstable,can also cause the plastic fuel tank because does not conform to the size standard and scrapped.Therefore,it is the purpose and significance of this research to study the plastic deformation of the tank to improve product quality,reducing product scrapping,reducing the cost of production.As the plastic tank in the cooling process of warping,by the temperature and stress of the two main factors,this paper uses the finite element software ABAQUS and the use of finite element method of plastic tanks in the cooling process temperature field,stress field and warping distribution And the compensation amount of the warping deformation is studied based on the pre-deformation compensation principle.Finally,the theoretical model is verified by physical model.The experimental results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The research of this paper has some instructive significance for the research of plastic tank’s warping deformation,which not only solves the problem of warpage in production and debugging,but also improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost... |
