Research On Transformation And Upgrading Of Hang Zhou ZX Project Management Through Smart Site Construction

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should promote the deep integration of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and the real economy,accelerate the construction of a powerful manufacturing country,and support the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee further confirmed the data as the seventh factor of production after labor,capital,land,knowledge,technology and management,reflecting the important changes of the most epochal factor of production.In the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,the construction requirements of Digital China were mentioned again.China will speed up the development process of digital economy,which points out the direction for the long-term development of digital economy and the construction of Digital China in the future.At the same time,it is shown in a large number of studies that the deep application of information technology,especially the new generation of digital technology in various industries,has become an important driving factor for economic growth.Under the background of this theoretical consensus and digital economy development strategy,enterprise digital transformation has increasingly become a hot issue of social concern.As a pillar industry of China’s economic development,real estate plays an important role in the development of national economy.In recent years,with China’s economy changing from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage,the economic growth rate of the real estate industry has slowed down significantly.In addition,the global economy will be affected by the new crown epidemic in 2020,and more and more real estate enterprises will go bankrupt.Therefore,the overall situation of the industry is not optimistic.In this context,Taking Hangzhou ZX project as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of project development in the traditional construction industry,and summarizes the six major project management problems that restrict the transformation and upgrading of the project company,which are: safety management,quantity management,schedule management,equipment management,personnel management,and green civilization construction management.In view of the above six management problems existing in the traditional construction project management mode of Hangzhou ZX project,this paper studies the intelligent construction road of real estate project management combined with the current development concept of the world’s smart earth and smart city,and introduces the concept of intelligent site management."Smart site" refers to a concrete embodiment of the integration of "Internet plus" concept and traditional construction project management under the background of global digitalization."Smart site" has three characteristics of data authenticity,interoperability and intelligence,which can carry out integrated,visual and intelligent management of project site.This paper will focus on the six management issues of safety,quality,progress,personnel,machinery and civilized construction in engineering project management.By using the theory of digital driven transformation and upgrading of traditional engineering project management,focusing on the five production factors of human,machine,material,method and environment in Hangzhou ZX project site,this paper combs the current situation and existing problems of engineering project management,and combines with the project management According to the situation and Hangzhou ZX project management effect score table is made.Based on the effective data information collected,Hangzhou ZX project management effect evaluation system matrix is established.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the management effect of Hangzhou ZX project under the traditional project management mode(the effect is better))The results show that relying on digital technology to build smart construction site is more conducive to improve the project management ability,help the project from passive "supervision" to active "monitoring",and push the construction project management to a higher standard and higher realm.Through the research of this paper,it will have a certain value and help to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of project management of real estate enterprises in China.
