As a major infrastructure country,Construction factories in China have developed quickly,and many improved technologies have been used to construction management sites,improving the efficiency of on-site management.However,on-site safety management is not optimistic,accompanied by many safety hazards and safety accidents.It is still necessary to study how to assist construction site safety management through information and technological means to maximize the achievement of site safety objectives.The author hopes to modify the conventional way to build safety treatment of the construction site of the waterway regulation project by studying the construction of the smart site safety management system for the waterway regulation project A,and improve the safety management efficiency by using information technology to ensure the on-site safety of the project.This research is based on project management theory and safety system element theory,and obtains the current situation and main problems of safety management of A channel regulation project construction project through literature research and practical investigation.The Likert scale method was used to investigate and analyze the requirements of the smart site safety management system of the project,and the need for smart local security management systems in five aspects of "human,machine,material,law,and environment" were obtained.Combining software development technology,the smart site safety management system for the A Channel Regulation Project is constructed,which is mainly divided into five modules:"personnel management","equipment management","material management","system management",and "construction environment management".They are interconnected and form a whole.Last but not least,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the application effect of the system is evaluated,the role of the system in the safety management of the project construction site is demonstrated,and the conclusion that the system plays a positive role in the project safety management is drawn,and relevant improvement suggestions are proposed based on the actual application.The research in this thesis can be used for reference by safety management research in waterway regulation engineering and even the waterway engineering industry,and also has far-reaching value in exploring a new project management model for safety management using information technology.This system can effectively solve many problems existing in on-site safety management of A channel regulation project,greatly improving management efficiency.The research in this article can contribute to the development of a smart site safety management system and promote the construction of a smart site platform in the entire transportation engineering industry."Science and technology prosper the country".With the support of Internet of Things,Internet plus and other technologies,the safety management system of smart construction sites is also constantly improved and promoted.With the transformation of the construction site safety management model and the strong support of the country,in the future,more "intelligent" management systems will become more and more perfect,and the application research of the smart site platform in the safety management branch will also be enriched and expanded.
