| With the continuous and rapid development of the economy,the construction industry has gradually become an important pillar of industry supporting China’s economic development and has continuously brought large construction economic output and a large number of jobs to China.At present,the construction industry is characterized by a large amount of work,a large number of people involved,and a large amount of paper information and digital information.With the rapid development and application of the intelligent,digital,and information era,the construction industry has been developing towards informatization and digitalization.Therefore,the application of smart construction sites can greatly enhance the competitiveness and practicality of the construction industry.In this paper,the W project is taken as the research object.First,the status quo of the foundation pit monitoring of the project is analyzed through data analysis and fieldwork experience.The current operation process of the W project in foundation pit monitoring management is analyzed from the project overview,foundation pit monitoring management framework,and foundation pit monitoring content.According to the analysis of the project,there are many problems at present,such as complex internal work of foundation pit monitoring,poor circulation of monitoring data,unfavorable monitoring and early warning disposal,and poor patrol and early warning disposal.During the implementation of the project,the informatization level of foundation pit monitoring is low,the working mode of foundation pit monitoring is inappropriate,and the organizational structure of the project department of the construction unit is outdated,which will cause the above problems.The problems in the foundation pit monitoring and management of the W project will have a great impact on the project’s progress and safety.To ensure the safe and orderly progress of the project,the "smart site" management platform is introduced to improve the foundation pit monitoring and management of the W project.The "smart site" safety management platform takes the W project management as the main line,and applies the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet,and 3D GIS technology to access the safety data information in the safe production process of the construction unit,and constructs the foundation pit monitoring module to improve the foundation pit monitoring management.First of all,improve the working mode of foundation pit monitoring;(2)The improvement in the process implementation stage includes the form and approval method of the monitoring report,the analysis and comparison method of the monitoring data,and the circulation method of the monitoring data;(3)The improvement in the early warning stage includes the working mode of monitoring and early warning,and the working mode of patrol and early warning.Secondly,improve the management organization structure.According to the advantages and disadvantages of linear organizational structure and functional organizational structure,change the organizational structure into a linear+functional organizational structure;Set up the corresponding information department,set up the information minister,cooperate with the information department to complete the information construction work such as the "smart site" platform application of the W project,and complete the information work of their respective positions according to the actual business work of the department;Divide independent monitoring departments,abandon the division concept of unified management of similar work,and break the management relationship between the monitoring and measurement department and the measurement department in the organizational structure.Finally,organizational,technical,and economic security measures are added to ensure the implementation of the project in terms of organization,technology,and economic costs.After the W project is integrated into the "smart site" management platform,from the perspective of implementation effect,the efficiency of the foundation pit monitoring office has been greatly improved,the circulation of monitoring data is more smooth,the paper data is reduced,the digital data is increased,the monitoring and early warning efficiency are improved,the frequency of early warning analysis meetings is increased,and the transmission of patrol and early warning information is accelerated.The foundation pit monitoring module of the "smart site" management platform can effectively increase the efficiency of the foundation pit monitoring management of the W project,greatly improve the safety of the project,and the disposal of various tasks is efficient and convenient,and the implementation effect is good. |
