Research On Social Responsibility Evaluation System Of A New Energy Power Generation Enterprise

Corporate social responsibility has always been an abstract and unquantifiable problem,and the social responsibility evaluation system for new energy power generation enterprises is a sector rarely involved anywhere.As a special enterprise category,the state-owned new energy power generation enterprises undertake major social responsibilities such as national green energy development and carbon neutrality.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the social responsibility of state-owned new energy power generation enterprises-At present,when making investment decisions for new energy enterprises,large state-owned energy groups in China often take pure economic indicators or national policy guidance as the basis for decision-making,and there is no systematic,comprehensive and scientific evaluation system to determine the advantages and disadvantages of social responsibility undertaken by new energy power generation enterprises.This paper,taking an offshore wind power enterprise located in the zhejiang Zhoushan Sea as the research objective.Based on the stakeholder theory and the analysis of value chain activities,this study introduced the concept of total life cycle management of the new energy power generation company in an innovative method,where the enterprise life cycle is divided into three stages respectively,the early stage,the construction stage and the operation stage.This paper also analyzes the basic activities of an enterprise in different periods,classifying different periods of stakeholders through the analysis of enterprises under various conditions and eventually to build a set of in line with the new energy power generation of corporate social responsibility evaluation index system.At the same time,by means of system engineering to make quantitative analysis of the quantitative events in an effective method,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),to new energy power generation of corporate social responsibility evaluation system building,determine the weights of evaluation indexes,and then through the objective data for each has carried on the quantitative evaluation indexes,so as to establish a comprehensive and systematic evaluation system,can provide same type project prophase project based on social responsibility assessment reference and evaluation of new energy enterprise in fulfilling social responsibility aspects of the contribution.Last but not least,it also provides the reference basis for relevant national functional departments to formulate relevant policies and regulations.
