| With the continuous development of global economy,social responsibility becomes the global consensus and new business norms.Automobile enterprises are an important part of China’s national economy and the fulfillment of social responsibilities is inevitable.All sectors of society pay high attention to the fulfillment of social responsibility of automobile enterprises.With the rapid upgrading of automobile industry and consumption,the contradiction between resources,environment and society is becoming more and more prominent,which also becomes the main contradiction and challenge for China’s automobile enterprises in the future.It is a realistic need for the enterprise to fulfill its social responsibility actively.The sustainable development of enterprises is inseparable from the evaluation of the performance of social responsibility.The lack of a perfect evaluation system makes it impossible for enterprises to clearly recognize their deficiencies in fulfilling social responsibilities and improve their direction.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of social responsibility.At present for the auto enterprise’s social responsibility evaluation system is relatively weak,therefore the purpose of this paper is to establish a case of corporate social responsibility evaluation system,makes to quantify the fulfillment of social responsibility.This paper chooses Changan automobile as the case enterprise.In view of the lack of emphasis in the social responsibility of Chang ’an automobile and the lack of perfect social responsibility evaluation system,the evaluation system is constructed.Based on the stakeholder theory framework to determine the content of social responsibility,and according to the evaluation index,evaluation content selected from internal stakeholders(shareholders,employees)and external stakeholders(consumers,government,community and environment)perspective analysis.First of all,15 indicators are selected for the different focus of different stakeholders.Secondly,this paper use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the questionnaire to determine the weight of each index.Thirdly,to standardize data processing,analysis of Changan automobile over the past five years,the social responsibility of effective and the consistency of the evaluation system of grading.Finally,it is concluded that the comprehensive score of the social responsibility of Changan automobile in the past five years and the score of each level are increasing year by year.This is consistent with objective facts such as corporate reality and news media reports,which can also verify the feasibility of the evaluation system for evaluating social responsibility performance.According to the research,this paper believes that Changan automobile can effectively use the social responsibility evaluation system as a management tool in the future social responsibility management.After the full presentation of social responsibility performance,the quantitative evaluation of corporate social responsibility performance makes investors and the public more clearly understand the actual performance of enterprises in social responsibility.In this way,it can enhance the sense of belonging of the stakeholders,so that enterprises can obtain more development space and opportunities,and improve the comprehensive strength of automobile enterprises. |
