As influenced by global worsened environmental pollution,more countries and regions are paying higher attention to the control of vehicle exhaust emission.The US,Japan,the UK,EU and other developed countries started to set up relevant regulations and standards to better protect environment and save energies ever since the 80’s.All these actions are driving technology upgrade and self-revolutions of traditional vehicle industry.China,as one of the top countries of vehicle manufacturing,has the most demanding market.However,for core technology competence of engine key components,China is more like the follower.Under the trend of lowering down macro economy growth and more quality-relied market demand,Chinese small and medium size companies such as Company V could gain sustainable growth and improve risk resistant capability only if their sales and marketing strategies optimized to better fit for market change and industrial upgrade.The Thesis focuses on analyzing its sales and marketing status,reasons of vague sales and marketing strategy,internal and external environment and competitiveness positioning.Based on the analysis,the thesis optimizes the sales and marketing strategy,which could actively support the Company to target for sustainable development.The output of the thesis is also,hopefully be beneficial for more Chinese engine component manufacturing companies’ reference.
