On March 15,2015,The State Council officially issued several Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the Electric power System(Zhongfa [2015] No.9),which means that China officially started the deepening reform of the electric power system,thus laying a good institutional foundation for the high-quality development of the domestic electric power market.The electric power system reform to "control the middle,open the two ends" as the basic framework,to "three open,one independent,three strengthening" as the core.One of the highlights and key points is to carry out market-oriented reform of electricity sales side,The "opinions on promoting the implementation of the reform of the power sale side" clearly points out that the power sale business should be opened to social capital,the market competition subjects of the power sale side should be cultivated extensively,the fair trading market should be provided for the power generation side and the user’s demand,and the service quality of power sale and the user’s energy consumption level should be improved.The issuance of important documents promotes a new round of power system reform,increases the openness of the electricity market,broadens the market access channels,creates a more favorable market operation environment for the new access of the main body of the electricity companies,and creates a good external environment for the electricity companies to obtain profits.However,it should be noted that domestic electricity sales companies still have a gap in capacity and lack of trading experience in electricity market trading.In addition,the current trading system construction of the electricity market is not perfect,the electricity market is complex and changeable,the electricity reform policy is uncertain and other factors,which have brought different degrees of obstacles to the future development of the electricity companies.Since 2017,Jiangsu Province has steadily issued a series of power systems,such as "implementation rules for pilot reform of electricity selling side in Jiangsu Province","Jiangsu power market construction plan","Jiangsu power medium and long term trading rules","Jiangsu orderly development and utilization plan","Jiangsu power market organization and implementation plan","Jiangsu power grid 2017-2019 transmission and distribution price" Its policy system has been basically established.In this thesis,according to the new power reform and the actual situation of Jiangsu Province,aiming at the new main body of the power market electricity sales company,based on the marketing point of view to conduct a comprehensive research and analysis.It is very representative and significant to study its marketing strategy.Firstly,it studies the background and process of the new round of power system reform,It also analyzes the marketing status and existing problems of HR electric sales company.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the marketing environment and competitive environment of HR power sales company from multiple perspectives by using user demand analysis and competitor analysis,Identify strengths,weaknesses,risks and opportunities through SWOT analysis.Finally,the company’s marketing strategy and safeguard measures are formulated to enhance the company’s market competitiveness and provide the basis for improving the marketing level and competitiveness of the same type of power sales companies in the market.
