| Scoliosis is a structural and morphological deformity of the human spine in three-dimensional space.It is a disease with a long course and a short period of time that is difficult to recover from,which brings a lot of adverse effects on the appearance and life of patients.Teenagers are in the golden period of growth and development,with the prevalence rising year by year and the need for rehabilitation continuously increasing.Currently,it is recognized that the effective rehabilitation methods are orthopedic treatment and exercise rehabilitation.However,orthopedic treatment brings great side effects to patients,and patients cannot insist on exercise rehabilitation,resulting in low rehabilitation efficiency.With the development of The Times,patients’ demand for treatment effect is no longer just the function of rehabilitation products on diseases,but also has a higher level of demand.Through the redesign of the juvenile scoliosis orthosis,it is hoped that the patients can reduce their psychological burden and recover easily and efficiently in the process of rehabilitation.In this paper,the rehabilitation process of adolescent scoliosis was investigated,the necessity of the combination of orthopedic treatment and sports rehabilitation was clarified,and the deficiencies of the existing rehabilitation methods and orthopedic devices were analyzed to pave the way for the subsequent product design.After that,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were conducted on adolescent scoliosis patients to preliminarily understand patients’ needs for the rehabilitation process.After that,a user model was built based on interviews.Through the analysis of patients’ daily activities and the construction of user journey map,demand points were analyzed,and design suggestions were put forward to transform demand into function points and construct the orthopaedic rehabilitation system.Then the design strategy of the orthotic system is summarized,and the structure and appearance of the orthotic are analyzed.Through the systematic design of juvenile scoliosis orthoses,it is hoped that the scoliosis orthoses not only take medicine and mechanics as the design standards,but also pay attention to the patients’ inner needs,so that the orthoses will no longer become shackles,enrich the patients in the long rehabilitation process,and achieve easy rehabilitation. |
