According to statistics,Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis(AIS) has become the third major disease that endangers the health of Chinese teenagers after obesity and myopia,and its prevention and control situation is severe.The most important clinical intervention of AIS is to control the progress of scoliosis through scoliosis orthosis.However,the efficiency and accuracy of traditional scoliosis orthosis development process are relatively low.In recent years,with the development of 3D printing technology,it is widely used in the fields of medical devices and rehabilitation aids.Among them,3D printed scoliosis orthosis has the advantages of high development efficiency and precision,and meets the needs of precision and personalized medicine of AIS patients.However,3D printed scoliosis orthosis has not been widely used in the field of AIS clinical treatment.The main reason is that clinicians generally face with the problem of the low 3D modeling efficiency of 3D printed scoliosis orthosis.Therefore,to design and develop an intelligent and digital design platform for 3D printed scoliosis orthosis which intelligently and quickly helps physicians to develop 3D models of scoliosis orthosis,can improve the efficiency of 3D printed scoliosis orthosis development and solve the bottleneck problems of restricting the clinical application of 3D printed scoliosis orthosis.In this thesis,the key enabling technologies of the intelligent and digital design platform for 3D printed scoliosis are studied as follows:(1)To solve the problem of uncertain information processing in the design of scoliosis orthosis,combined with fuzzy logic and expert system technology,a design method of scoliosis orthosis based on fuzzy expert system is proposed,the function of scoliosis orthosis design parameters inference through AIS patients' information is realized,and the key problems of scoliosis orthosis intelligent design are solved;(2)To solve the problems of automatic acquisition of scoliosis orthosis design knowledge and design parameters prediction of scoliosis orthosis,a design model of scoliosis orthosis based on fuzzy neutral networks is proposed,the functions of scoliosis orthosis design knowledge membership function adaptive adjustment and scoliosis orthosis design parameters prediction are realized;(3)With the help of reverse engineering and CAD technology,a digital design method of 3D printed scoliosis orthosis is proposed,the function of 3D printed scoliosis orthosis 3D model development through AIS patients' torso point clouds is realized;(4)A 3D printed Scoliosis Orthosis Intelligent and Digital Design Platform(SOIDDP) is designed and developed,and the technical services that provided for physicians of the design parameter inference and prediction,design knowledge automatic acquisition and 3D model development of 3D printed scoliosis orthosis are realized;(5)A feasible technical route for 3D printed scoliosis orthosis aided development is proposed,and through the 3D printed scoliosis orthosis aided development case of an AIS patient,the feasibility and effectiveness of SOIDDP are verified.
